BTW, There's nothing wrong with taking a day off from active trading to focus on research.

Glad you got out! But i've learned not to do that with profits. Now i put aside atleast 20%-50% and use the rest to go into a new position.

Fuck! I'm sorry to hear that man. I can't tell you what to do but personally i'd look to see how much of a beating the ticker is taking. 9:30am-10:00am is when most of the sell offs happen then it tends to level off and sometimes rebound(go back up). Depending on where you bought the stock it could be sooner rather than later.

I usually pullout on Wednesdays and buy back in on Fridays.
Historically Thursdays and Fridays are when profit takers dump and earn.
