I can only speak for myself, but I know one of my main reservations about Kamala is her choice of a white man to marry. It's not the whole verdict on her, but I think it speaks to an outlook. Some people hated on Obama because he is half white, and I always thought that was baseless because he CHOSE black. And not just black, but Michelle Robinson from the south side black. I celebrate Kamala's achievements and have high hopes for her, but I also don't want to be constantly reminded of my main reservation about her.
