My guess is that this executive order dated January 5th was to find a way to pin the blame on Antifa to classify them as a terrorist organization, but the plan backfired. As much fuckery as was justified under the Patriot Act, they could literally arrest Trump right now under the Patriot Act if any of them had the will to do so.
Those (privately owned) tech companies don't owe him shit. They can boot him for whatever reason they want. Even if they were classified as some sort of public good/service he's clearly in violation of the terms and conditions and has been since day one. They just stopped letting it slide. He has no case.
