Joe Biden is now POTUS

The Secretary of State shall, in consultation with the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, review information received from the Department of Justice and other authorities to assess whether to classify Antifa as a terrorist organization under section 1182(a)(3)(B)(vi) of title 8, United States Code.

My guess is that this executive order dated January 5th was to find a way to pin the blame on Antifa to classify them as a terrorist organization, but the plan backfired. So far, I haven't seen any Antifa members that were out there counterprotesting like we saw in Charlottesville. Larger plan to end up talking that "both sides" shit again. Fail.

So just to recap.

Black cop saves the Senate.

While the white cops are removing barricades, waving them in, opening the doors for them, and then taking selfies with them. :smh:

How in the fuck are they supposed to continue to work together in the same force? :smh: I hate the cacs I work with and they have never tried to set me up to be killed by a wild insurrectionist mob.:lol:Are the Black officers expected to just show up on Monday like this shit didn't happen?

Has anyone heard of the NSA or FBI evoking Title II of the Patriot Act to authorized access to commercial telecommunications traffic for the purpose of investigating domestic terrorism threats. A friend that works at a Version data center got interrupted by an all hands on deck call while we were watching the playoff games.
As much fuckery as was justified under the Patriot Act, they could literally arrest Trump right now under the Patriot Act if any of them had the will to do so.

Naw easy case for Trump to win. Basically it is discrimination. Trump has not been charged with anything and those tech companies can’t prove any reason to ban him

Those (privately owned) tech companies don't owe him shit. They can boot him for whatever reason they want. Even if they were classified as some sort of public good/service he's clearly in violation of the terms and conditions and has been since day one. They just stopped letting it slide. He has no case.

Yep.

All these dummies claiming free speech don't realize that just means you can't get arrested by the government if you're not inciting violence. It's never meant newspapers or TV or social media has to put up with your shit.

People also don't read the fine print.....you uploading shit to FB, Twitter, IG etc is you putting thinks on THEIR servers.....they own it and can do with it as they please.

I don't understand why people are saying Biden is being soft. I just saw him lighting Trump on fire on live TV. He said Trump is the worst president of all time. The most incompetent president of all time. He said he shouldn't be at the inauguration because he's an embarrassment to the country and exceeded even his worst thoughts about Trump. Said he pretty committed treason by pushing followers to invade the Capitol Building. What more is he supposed to say?

they want him to conclude it by saying he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Correction: As a former blonde haired white girl, she thought being white allowed her the privilege to climb through a vandalized window of a federal building as a looter thug to threat political leaders Trump didn't like with zero repercussions of death expected.

Meanwhile, Sandra Bland gets her life taken for supposedly a busted tail light, minding her own business, in her own car and breaking no laws.

It don’t work like that. It is all about fair use and section 230. To me, the tech companies opened up a hornet nets that they should have left alone.

Now they went a step further to take Parler off line, it makes the case even easier for Trump. The problem with Facebook and Twitter is that people talk recklessly all day on it. On Reddit and other tech companies people talk even more recklessly

For example Apple and Google didn’t remover Twitter or Facebook from the App Store where people talk recklessly but took our Parler. With a Trump appointed Supreme Court who wanted to get at big tech is a win for Trump

You are so retarded
You have a Trump appointed Supreme Court who was itching to get at big tech anyway. Now they are banning Parler which will be anti-competitive.

On Facebook and Twitter they allow people to talk recklessly all day but Apple and Google pulls Parler but not Facebook and Twitter

Ten they should have left it alone because I truly believe they shook the hornets nest.

You don't need to be charged with a crime to be banned from a social network. He has zero standing.
Naw man this goes back to section 230. Trump appointed Supreme Court was itching to get at big tech.

All the trying to band him from the internet and companies that are associated with him was a bad move. Tech companies shook the hornets nest that they may should have left alone.

So did everyone else which is the problem they will face. Remember this will go before Trump appointed judges who were itching to get a big tech

Now you have google and Apple and Amazon removing Parler but not Facebook, Reddit and Twitter who allow the same content.

To me they should have left it alone and allowed the government to do what they needed to do.

On conservative sites they are talking about either building their own competitor to AWS  or buying up all of the Amazon shares to take over the company.:smh::smh::lol: We are very fortunate that the aspiring fascists here are dumb as fuck.
I’m sorry. They are thinking of buying all of Amazon’s stock and taking over the company?

Dems run the House and Senate. That shit isn't even seeing a floor vote.

The people are fucking GONE. Trump fried their brains completely. Read this shit and the comments.

Mothafukas are living in an alternate world. Batshit fucking crazy.

you don't think its already shook?
If these trifling, complicit cops would actually shoot some of these nazis, anywhere near the numbers like they do innocent black folk, you wouldn't have to be shaking in your boots rights now.
True, but Trump is like a roach. Cracka keep finding ways lol

Banning him is possibly making him like a God. Sort of validates his conspiracy theories.

kind of what y’all been saying, banning him or not, the damage probably was already done. Lesson learned is to not allow someone with the power of the president to lie.

But when have white people learned anything? Where people create monster and think they can make them disappear.
