Joe Biden is now POTUS

I don't understand why people are saying Biden is being soft. I just saw him lighting Trump on fire on live TV. He said Trump is the worst president of all time. The most incompetent president of all time. He said he shouldn't be at the inauguration because he's an embarrassment to the country and exceeded even his worst thoughts about Trump. Said he pretty committed treason by pushing followers to invade the Capitol Building. What more is he supposed to say?

Feds ain’t fuckin around. BTW, “grandma” rockin those jeans with the bejeweled backpockets that are the uniform for white women who spend weekend nights in 2nd and 3rd tier night spots looking to get blacked.

WASHINGTON -- A man photographed casually sitting with his foot on a desk in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office at the U.S. Capitol while a pro-Trump mob rampaged the halls of Congress was arrested Friday, law enforcement officials said.
Richard Barnett, 60, of Gravette, Arkansas, was taken into custody in his home state on federal charges of entering and remaining on restricted grounds, violent entry and theft of public property, according to a Department of Justice official. Further details were not immediately available.

Images, apparently of Barnett, were splashed across social media as the deadly mayhem unfolded in the nation's capital on Wednesday, just as Democratic and Republican lawmakers convened to count the Electoral College votes. Members of Congress condemned the violence and rioting, which was preceded by a rally led by President Donald Trump who told his supporters to swarm the Capitol in defiance of the election results.
Also charged Friday in connection with the rioting at the Capitol was a state lawmaker from West Virginia, Republican Del. Derrick Evans, who had recorded and then deleted a video of himself joining the throng. A petition has been started for him to step down.
As the chaos continued Wednesday afternoon, a New York Times reporter tweeted that he spoke with Barnett after his stunt in Pelosi's office. In a video, he boasts that he took a personalized envelope, but insisted he didn't steal it.
"I left a quarter on her desk," he said.
Barnett also claimed that he knocked politely on the door to the California Democrat's office, but was then swept inside by other rioters who had breached the Capitol. He said he left a "nasty note" as well, using an expletive to refer to Pelosi.
"I'll probably be telling them this is what happened all the way to the D.C. jail," he added.
It was not immediately clear Friday if Barnett had an attorney.
The mayor of Gravette said the photos have brought threats and other unwelcome attention to his small, rural community near the Missouri border.
"It's a shame something like this is what puts you in the public eye," Mayor Kurt Maddox said, according to NBC affiliate KNWA. "This is not the city of Gravette. This one person is not who Gravette is and not who the people are."
Aides to Pelosi have said her office was vandalized on Wednesday, and confirmed that a laptop from a conference room had been stolen. The equipment, however, was used only for presentations, an aide said.
Pelosi and other Democratic leaders have called for Trump to be removed from office amid his final days in the White House

The FBI is requesting the public's help in identifying other Trump supporters who unlawfully invaded the Capitol for about four hours, with investigators poring over surveillance footage and social media posts. But the vast majority of the hundreds of people who stormed the building were allowed to leave without getting arrested, making the task of tracking them down exceedingly difficult.

So far, dozens of arrests have been made, including 41 people who were at the Capitol grounds late Wednesday and early Thursday, according to D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Department.

I'm going to need these charges up to Destruction of government property .

Capitol Rioters Zip Ties in Hand Suggest Nefarious Plan... Kidnapping, Hostages

The storming of the U.S. Capitol was shocking, but photos of pro-Trump insurrectionists holding a bunch of zip-tie handcuffs show they might've planned to do much worse.

There were reports Wednesday some of the insurrectionists were prepared to occupy the Capitol throughout the night, and these zip tie pics suggest they were prepared to hold people -- perhaps Congressional leaders -- against their will.

At least 2 different men were seen holding the zip ties -- commonly used as disposable handcuffs -- inside the U.S. Senate Chamber after members of Congress were forced to flee due to the security breach.

On top of this ... we already know many members of the mob that invaded the Capitol were armed, willing to bust into offices and take whatever they wanted, and someone even left behind the threat, "Murder the media," by scratching it on a door.

And, don't forget -- D.C. cops also found explosives near the building that were safely detonated.

It's all potentially crucial evidence, as it could show President Trump wasn't spontaneously urging his amped-up followers to "show strength" and simply march to the Capitol -- it could show the attack was all a premeditated plan.

That means more serious charges for all the rioters, and possibly, for Trump once he's out of office.

As we told you ... the FBI is on the hunt for all the rioters who were seen on camera storming the Capitol and it's already identified several in the mob.

Just like I said Yesterday...

Gawd damn White people

FBI confirms they’re investigating Jenny Cudd’s participation in Capitol riots

An FBI spokesperson confirmed Friday they’re investigating Midlander Jenny Cudd’s participation in the riots at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday that caused lawmakers to be evacuated and the deaths of five people, including a Capitol Police officer.

"FBI El Paso and Midland offices are aware of the events involving Ms. Cudd and other West Texas residents at the US Capitol from tips received from community members,” Special Agent Jeanette Harper said in an email. “We ask that individuals continue sending tips to the FBI's tips.fbi.gov or the Digital Media tip line at fbi.gov/USCapitol."

Cudd, a former Midland mayoral candidate, posted about charging the Capitol building in multiple social media posts on Wednesday, including a Facebook live video in which she said, “We did break down Nancy Pelosi’s door and somebody stole her gavel.” An excerpt from that video has received more than 5 million views on Twitter.

Cudd became a trending topic on Twitter Thursday night, with many calling for her arrest, including Texas Rep. Jeff Leach and actors Jane Lynch and Patton Oswalt.

About 80 protesters at the Capitol Wednesday have been arrested on various charges, according to news reports. Richard Barnett, the man who was photographer sitting in Pelosi’s office with his feet on her desk, has been charged with entering and remaining on restricted grounds, violent entry and theft of public property. He is facing 10 years in federal prison on the trespassing charge alone.

Other rioters have been charged with assault, property damage, carrying guns into the Capitol building and violating the curfew that was set for 6 p.m.

In an interview with the Reporter-Telegram on Thursday, Cudd denied doing anything unlawful during the riots at the Capitol. She said that, unbeknownst to her, individuals with Antifa broke through barriers and assaulted police officers before she arrived.

Cudd said she then walked into the Capitol with a large group and took pictures inside the rotunda for about 15 minutes before leaving. She said she did not go onto the House or Senate floors or into any lawmakers' offices.

The group of Trump supporters marched to the Capitol with the goal of peacefully assembling in a "show of solidarity," according to Cudd. She condemned the violence incited by some protesters.

When reached by phone, a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office at the Western District of Texas declined to comment on what charges Cudd and others could be facing if arrested for Wednesday’s riots.

“I don’t even want to begin to speculate on it,” he said.

I didn't do anything

The door was open... So I just walked in with a large group and took pictures.....

In my opinion, he is saying all the right things. The reason people are calling him soft is because he has not stated support for tRump incurring any consequences for his actions. Perhaps he's waiting until after his inauguration, but if that's the case, until he supports consequences he will continue to be called a pussy.
