The District

The front court is a HUGE issue there.

Wasn't tonight. Peep the +/-

Still the weakest part of their team overall. But ya know, I always thought that +/- was a very misleading stat in basketball. It's more useful in hockey. Especially when talking about powerplays/penalty kills. How productive you are shorthanded. It's not as meaningful in basketball. I've never paid much attention to that stat. Especially when you have shooters in today's game constantly draining 30 footers. It's like, what da fuck is a center gon do about that. With hockey, it's a much lower scoring game so to me it tells more about your productivity on the ice vs on the court in basketball. Especially too with the up and down pace and seemingly too many niggas not even wanting to play defense.

Lonzo Ball 16 pts 8 rebs 9 asts vs Thunder 20/21 season

Zo and Zion are shaping up to be a good pairing. I see them connecting on a lot of lobs this season. I've already watched more Pelicans and Hornets games this season then I have in the last few combined.

Whatever happened to the third brother? The one who got cut by the Pistons. Is anyone interested in picking him up? Even if he can't play with the top guards, he should be good for rating. Especially for a team that doesn't get an national exposure....

Wait. How the hell was he cut by Pistons again?

That's the dude he apparently had a fight with in practice... like I said, big ole nothing burger

Harden averaging 37/11 and y'all still think a pallet of PS5's and some low tier bench players is gonna get him outta Houston...

The more they play together, the more he gonna see the talent on this team and start to warm up to the idea of staying...

Wall looks as explosive as ever. Boogie looked good. Gordon was solid off the bench. Wood continues to be a 20/10 big man. Tate continues to impress when he's on the court and gives major effort. Brown got away from Milwaukee how? And did Nwaba even play?? If healthy this team can be VERY good.

This.
Detroit is dumb. They would have put asses in the seats when this covid shit was over. I already removed them from my Kodi/Cobra Favorites.

The Piston had 15 guaranteed contracts, even before he was signed. Then he got hurt in a game, and that was it. He may just not make it. Shit 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Although the Holiday family has 3 brothers in the NBA at the same time.

He didn't get any PT. How did that happen?

The thing with Harden and Houston is that they could win 65+ games this season and I'd still be in the fence waiting to see what they do in the playoffs. They're in the same boat as Milwaukee right now. I'm not impressed with them having a good or even great regular season cause they always do that. Until these teams make some noise post April, they ain't really saying shit.

What about the T'Wolves, Grizzles, Magic, Kings, etc? I'd even throw the Wizards in there since they're 0-5 right now.
There is still a lot of bottom feeders in the league that could use the boost in viewership.

Bruh wasn't nobody but you checking for his bum ass knock it off. If he's so nice why hasn't anybody else picked him up? He's not an NBA player. If you think differently let's put some money on it

I feel like the stat matters really in the fourth and honestly that's when it's went to hell for the Wiz to start the season. They been outscored badly in the fourth this season.

But the reason I bring up that stat is because Westbrook is know to get his numbers regardless of how the team is playing. It makes you wonder if he falls back on stat padding, if they would win more

That shit hurt your feelings huh?
Not at all. You sound goofy as fuck advocating for a nigga that ain't talented. Couldn't even get his sweat suit off before he got cut.

And go back and quote the 1 I told you to put your money where your mouth is. Cause I see how avoided that 1. When you ready to bet he'll never see action in a NBA game holla at me.

Westbrook's problem is his shooting. He thinks he can still average 30 a game but the problem is he's a one trick pony scoring now. His outside shooting is the worse its ever been so he relies heavily on bully ball trying to get the basket. His shot selections are terrible for someone who's played this long in the league and he's not an efficient scorer like Harden or other stars.

He hurts his team putting up bad shots at the wrong time. At this stage of his career, he should try to play a Rondo style of basketball where he shoots way less instead of trying to average 30 points and a triple double.

The problem is, he's not as cerebral as Rondo on the court.
