Personally I don't think this will move the needle on who controls the senate. The two races in Georgia will determine that and my understanding is that the turnout there is already at full capacity.
I'm just saying that people are either going to vote or not vote. What Mitch does I believe will not move the needle either way regardless of what he does or doesn't do. There has already been enough put out there to make people get out an vote and this issue is no different.

Remains to be seen. I'm pretty sure they've opposed every other stimulus offering before it though. Now that Trump said it, maybe not. But the damage is being done right now while the message is that the only thing between people in need and $2k is Mitch and his Senate Repubs.
