“If Trump is still going after [Georgia Gov. Brian] Kemp (R-GA) for not doing his bidding, why would McConnell be spared Trump’s wrath?” asked Blake. “And if he really wants to press the issue, Trump can give McConnell major headaches in Georgia’s decisive Senate races. There, party leaders are concerned about GOP turnout dropping thanks to Trump’s voter fraud claims — and for apparently good reason. McConnell’s recognition of Biden’s win could be read as an attempt to move beyond this phase and focus more intently on Georgia.”
Blake noted that Trump isn’t exactly the team player that people want to believe. Already the Republican Party is furious that he’s hoovering up fundraising dollars from Republican donors for his failed litigation efforts instead of giving it to Georgia Republicans.

“The money that Republicans are gathering, that President Trump is raising — Republicans on the Hill, they’re pissed off because they are taking that money and they are saying, ‘Oh, you have to help us win these elections in Georgia to win the Senate majority.’ The Trump team is taking that money and doing things for themselves with it,” said MSNBC’s Kassie Hunt.
So, McConnell is in an impossible position, Blake explained. He has to appease Trump because if he doesn’t, Trump will turn his voters off of the 2020 runoff in Georgia, and McConnell will lose his power.
“But if Trump truly believes in his cause — rather than if this is, say, just an exercise aimed at fundraising and claiming he never actually lost — how can he let this one lie? He can’t,” Blake closed. “Now is when we find out who is truly running this party from this point forward because its two top leaders’ positions are completely irreconcilable.

Even in the most dictatorial countries, this almost unheard of
Fam, imagine if that were Stacy Abrams in power... them "very fine people" would have her house in flames without a doubt as GA itself would be flames at the moment. As my grandmama would say, "the Lord works in mysterious ways"

Can't quite explain it but I've always...

I could see that but.....

Former DNC chair Don Fowler dies aged 85

Don Fowler, the longtime South Carolina Democratic chair and former national Democratic party chair, has died at the age of 85. Current South Carolina Democratic Party Chair Trav Robertson confirmed the news late on Tuesday. Friends, politicians, former students and colleagues are sharing heartfelt tributes following the news.

While working on behalf of Hotze’s group, which has been attempting to find evidence for the GOP’s allegations of election fraud, Aguirre surveilled the air conditioner technician for four days with the help of at least two other unidentified people before the Oct. 19 incident. He later told authorities that he believed the technician was behind a huge voter fraud scheme in the Houston area, according to an affidavit by the Houston police officer who responded to the incident. Aguirre told police that he believed the technician to be transporting fake ballots in his vehicle and to have as many as 750,000 in his possession.

“There were no ballots in the truck,” according to a Harris County district attorney’s office press release. “It was filled with air conditioning parts and tools.”

After the October altercation with the technician, Aguirre also told authorities that he and other unidentified suspects had set up a “command post” at a Marriott hotel in Pearland for days ahead of the incident. He refused to identify the other people he worked with, according to the Houston police report.

Aguirre ran his black SUV into the back of the technician’s truck to get the man to stop and get out, according to a court document describing probable cause for the charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He pointed a handgun at the technician and forced him to the ground, according to the affidavit. One of the other people Aguirre was with allegedly stole the technician’s vehicle after searching it; police later found the abandoned truck a few blocks away.

A few days before Aguirre allegedly assaulted the man, he called Lt. Wayne Rubio with the Texas attorney general’s office, requesting help with the investigation. Rubio declined and reported the call. Days later, he got another call from Aguirre, who was upset that police would not intervene based on his uncorroborated accusations, according to the affidavit, which referred to a phone call and email from Rubio reporting the call to authorities. Aguirre allegedly told Rubio he had been in a car wreck with “a voter fraud suspect.”

“We are lucky no one was killed,” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg said in a statement. “His alleged investigation was backward from the start — first alleging a crime had occurred and then trying to prove it happened.”

Aguirre was arrested by Houston police Tuesday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Putin about to burn Trump

The reason why several prominent Russians can't travel freely to the US is because they were sanctioned for human rights abuses. We can seize assets and restrict travel. This has been expanded beyond Russia now, though. I don't know what the EU version includes, but if its the same they can do the same and restrict travel and seize assets. Russia has been trying to get it revoked since it was implemented, it is part of the reason they courted Trump. This is what the Trump Tower meeting was about that they lied about. They said it was about adoptions, but it was about the Magnitsky Act. This was covered pretty heavily in 2016>

I found this response interesting.

The GOP would be strong af if it ditched white supremacists. But we all know it won't.
Because the money is in stoking dwight mann's fear of Black people gaining power and treating him the same that he has treated us.

Steve King believes the last 500 of humanity has been great because of white men. Think of all the cultures that came before white men. Now think of the planet that’s being ran by white men.

And white men think Jesus is white? How? If he was white the planet would have ended thousands of years ago.

Listen fam, you really need to keep this on the down low mkay. We want Trump to pardon everyone because then everyone who gets pardoned cannot take the fifth. So say a spry prosecutor was to I dunno, maybe investigate some criminal activity at say, the Trump hotel in DC and they wanted to talk to Ivanka about that, well she can't take the fifth. She also can't refuse to answer questions because if she did, then said prosecutor could charge her with obstruction of justice.

That means she can only admit to the truth and the truth will do more damage to Republicans than any of us can imagine right now. The same goes for Mike Flynn, and Roger Stone, and Paul Manafort, and any other person he pardons. They can't refuse to testify as to why they needed a pardon, they have to testify why they are guilty of a crime and needed the pardon. That means all of them have a date between a rock and a hard place.
If they lie when they are called to testify, that's not just perjury but obstruction of justice. Do you think any Trump can go into a grand jury room and not lie? That's especially true of Donnie 3 wives.

We all just need to sit back and wait for the levee to break and it is going to break I promise you. It's as inevitable as time and gravity. Let them think they are going to escape Lady Justice's sweet embrace. We want them to think that. We want them to make all the mistakes they are doomed to commit because Trump is an idiot who can't help himself.

He's going after Mitch now and all the other Republicans don't want that. Mitch had to tell his caucus not to object to the electoral college vote because if they do, it's going to open up debate that Rand Paul and Ted Cruz can make fools of themselves but moreover, what Mitch is really afraid of are all of the Republican lunatics in the House saying ridiculous things about voter fraud and it will make them all look like idiots and it will make all the base in Georgia madder than hornets and they won't show up to vote.

The reason why Cyrus Vance has been as quiet as mouse ain't cause he's afraid of a damn thing. He's a lion sneaking up on a fat wildebeest only his kill is going to feed the whole country starving for justice okay? I want Trump to make as many mistakes as possible and he will. When you give a moron the rope, just give them all they need and they will do the work.

Al Capone, John Dillinger and John Gotti were all gangsters that people did not believe would ever face justice, until they did. The same is true for Trump. Just be patient and watch the show. Justice commeth, and that right soon.
