Lebron is clearly an outlier.
Forget about age for a minute. When have we seen the best player in the league have the minutes Lebron has? The minute math would make Bill Siimmon's head explode.
He is his own man. He has to develop his leadership skills though. He tried other people’s styles and it didn’t work but he will get his chance again with KD and DJ.
