As for money from the banks......90% of Black small business, 90% of Hispanic small business and 75% of Asian small businesses didn't get the money from the PPP loans. So Black people didn't get the money but the banks were happy to collect the fees from handling the applications for the money they had no intention of giving you. Why would things be any different now??

Compare this to Biden’s “Lift Ever Voice” plan, which is filled with numerous references to “minority”, “women”, and “people of color”.
Now, do I believe Trump is sincere about this? Hell nah. But the point is that he and the GOP have a better handle on this type of rhetoric right now.
