NBA Season is Returning This Year!!!!!!!

For,a team that was talking alot of shit throughout the season and bubble sure has alot of excuses....
:smh: :smh: :smh:

The shit that's coming out about this team. :smh:

Them rolling their eyes at PG after the game. :smh:

They need to make some changes, but can they? They have a lot tied up in PG and Kawhi and no draft picks.

Will they resign Trez?

They need to make a change at PG, because Beverly isn't the answer.

I can answer that one for you.. :

FUCK NO!

Man his value isn't that high right now

They need to do a sign and trade and get something that helps with chemistry, maybe get a pick back.

and if you get rid of Trez, you probably need to trade Lou too.

Both of those changes would help defense a lot, but it might kill your bench, that's almost 40 points from your team.

It’s crazy how one series changed everything for Trez. He was 6th man of the year, having the best year of his career. Then he played against Jokic and was exposed for his skill level in defense.

Just crazy, he was looking at a big payday until that series. :smh:

I think I heard or read he was looking at a deal in the 20 to 25 per range before the bubble

Plus covid and the salary cap, it's going to be a bad year for him.

and if he does the Julius Randle short deal, he might not be able to build his value back up.

I just read that story about PG. They shouldn't be rolling their eyes at him they should be pointing at themselves.

You had Patrick Beverley and PG laughing and giggling at Dame when he m uh used that free throw.

You had Montrezl talking shit to Luka(even though I didn't have an issue with it).

You had Marcus Morris talking about the series is over in the middle of Game 5 against the Nuggets,I think..

You have Kawhi that's the best player on the team but isn't a leader.

The whole fucking team acted like they could turn it on whenever they want against their opponent. They looked past everyone else but the Lakers.

Somehow, folks want to roll their eyes at PG....lol

I can't forget, how that team always bitch and complain about not getting calls and no hustle to their defensive assignment..Every team does this bullshit and it annoys the hell out of me...I don't understand that bullshit at all. The NBA needs to do something about it. By,the time the player is half way up the court the opponent done scored a bucket...

Like,I said on Saturday, the league should have made the Miami/Boston come on Monday but an hour early...7:30pm.Or,made it Tuesday,it makes no sense to wait four days for the 4th game.....
That is stupid as fuck. :smh:

Keep Lemon Pep, Leonard, and PG13. The rest can go. I would try to keep Trez if possible

They were talking greasy like they won the chip already.

Because many of their fans had just won a chip. They were just rooting for KD and the Dubs the last 3 years. Even on this board, dudes was just on KDs nuts a year ago, now they never post about him and suddenly jumped on "Kawhi is better than LeBron" bandwagon after the Finals last year. The Paper Clip fans simply brought the "we will beat LeBron and save the league" energy and arrogance from their old team. You can even see them use similar "nobody is beating this team" rhetoric for the Clips over the season they use to use for the Dubs.

Truth be told....Trez and PG13 is why they sitting at home now. Especially Trez...he was a good 20 points 7 rebounds off the bench.....I don't know if he was hurt or what but he never got to that point in this bubble. PG13 was just trash all bubble long. He had some good statistical performances here and there but ultimately was trash.

This is what happens when you compile a team together and say fuck chemistry. Clippers was just signing everyone and anyone they could. In hindsight they were never no reason threat shit the Lakers needed to take a year off and get AD to get to this point. Clippers...they ain't getting no AD but maybe they can take this offseason to improve personnel.

Their team was not well put together for the money they spent.

They were supposed to have chemistry because they kept their core...who knows if that changed by adding Reggie Jackson and Marcus Morris.

I think the issue is that PG's personality along with his play and disappearances might not be built for this team.

:hmm:

absolutely nobody said this prior to two weeks ago

It’s weird how now everyone’s criticizing the Clippers saying that they have “No Chemistry, Not well put together, Bad coaching, Cocky, thought they were already champions”.

But when they were 3 games out of first place and not a single person said any of this until they lost to Denver! Everyone said they were gonna challenge the Lakers for the West.

Nobody even said any of that when they were up 3-1 on Denver...

But once they lose, everyone’s an expert critic breaking down every aspect of the franchise...

Its not weird at all, shit I had them winning the whole thing. They're rightfully getting clowned & picked apart in the way they choked a 3-1 lead. If Denver beat them in a hard fought series where both teams were going back & forth winning games it might be a little different.

The fact still remains that they were the favorite who lost to a good team but you can't let a team beat you 3 straight times like that.

No one saw a pandemic coming either. No one saw players playing at Disney resort either

Your response has nothing to do with what I typed.

I stated how everyone’s all of a sudden a critic, my post had nothing to do about “Seeing” anything.

But your post is definitely correct for someone making a general statement about the pandemic and NBA basketball. But it has nothing to do with my post.

It’s very weird, so they had all of those issues and you still picked them winning the whole thing?

No they didn’t have all of those issues, now that they lost people are looking to find all of the issues.

And they should definitely get clowned, I’m just saying that all of a sudden everyone’s like “I knew all of the issues”

You can literally say that about any good team who loses...people will bring up issues chemistry or whatever as a reason they lost. I really don't see what the big deal is. Favorites always get put under a microscope when they lose.

As for the Clippers, I personally never thought they had a bunch of issues that would derail them from winning. Every team good or bad has some issues but they didn't have anything out the norm to me.

There isn’t a “Big” issue. I just said it’s funny how now once they lose all of a sudden they have all of these problems.

I mean they kept Lou, Pat and Harrell......but those were their 3 best players. They are no longer the core. Adding Kawhi to that mix maybe I Could see it. But adding PG then Morris....That shit wasn't going to happen. Lebron, Bosh and Wade teamed up and first year they couldn't do it. These dude wasn't gonna do it either. PG is not the player he's advertised as. If Kawhi is a top 1 tier player than George at best is 2 or 3.
