The Press Box

Good show. Happy to have it as part of my weekly podcast rotation since last year. Listened to the most recent episode this AM. "The Big Picture" and "The Watch" also from the network are also some of my faves (TV & movie-related content).

Been catching up on more Heat Rocks episodes lately. The Nas 'Illmatic' episode was great.

Episode 93: Art of Sampling #2 with Thes One on Nas’s “Illmatic” (1994)

Heat Rocks

Episode 93

4th July 2019

Reply All is pretty interesting too. Have listened to 5 - 7 eps thus far (from when they started the show). Heard it recommended from some of the podcast hosts I listen to when listeners asked them what they were checking out.

Reply All is an American podcast from Gimlet Media,[1][2] hosted by PJ Vogt, Alex Goldman and Emmanuel Dzotsi.[3] The show features stories about how people shape the internet, and how the internet shapes people.[4] Vogt and Goldman previously hosted the technology and culture podcast TLDR for WNYC. Producers of the show include Phia Bennin, Tim Howard, Damiano Marchetti, and Sruthi Pinnamaneni.[5] The music is by Breakmaster Cylinder.[6]

Reply All premiered November 24, 2014,[7][8] the second podcast to be developed by Gimlet Media. It was a 2016 Webby Nominee for Best Podcast.[9]

Crimetown's another good pod from them. Checked out a good portion of the 1st season some years back.

Crimetown is a serial documentary podcast hosted by Marc Smerling and Zac Stuart-Pontier and produced by Gimlet Media which looks at how organized crime has shaped particular American cities. The first season started in 2016 and focused on the city of Providence, Rhode Island.

Season 1 of Crimetown focuses on organized crime and corruption in Providence, Rhode Island. It debuted in November 2016 and includes 18 episodes plus 7 bonus episodes.[4][5]
