That's because Miami-Dade saw most of its increase at the beginning of April. The curve is turning, so that county isn't seeing a high increase as before.

Yeah I've ordered pizza twice since we went on lockdown.
Like you said no contact with the delivery person and I set the box on my portable laptop stand when it came.
I then wiped the box down with disinfectant wipes, opened it, washed my hands and began putting the slices into storage containers and took the box out to the garbage bin immediately.
I also briefly reheated the slices before eating them just to be safe.
It may be overkill but still rather be paranoid as opposed to sick and on a ventilator.

Actually they showed on the news with cellphone data that People in south Florida stayed home. They even stayed home prior to being asked to do so.

Thanks. The place I order from, I'd be picking it up myself. I meant what precautions they are taking at the pizza parlor. It's really just a small place. Before covid, they didn't really have dine in, just maybe two small tables with chairs. When you walk in the table and chairs are to the right, and the service counter runs from one end of the store to the other. You can't walk past, around, or behind the counter, but people can walk up to it. It's about chest high and you normally sign your receipts there.
I don't know if they are wearing masks, put up plexi glass, are asking people not to come to the counter, are requiring customers to wear masks or what.
Few people ever sat at the tables to eat, it's mostly just to wait until your order is ready. Most likely they took them away when dine in was restricted. I'm worried about the folks who can come in and the safety while it's being prepared.
It's the pizza we grew up on (I'm addicted and having cravings) and a local business I'd like to support.

The thing I realized is when it comes to fast food is that at this point it's no more of a risk than any other food we're consuming including bagged, frozen and canned foods.
Anything made and packaged post COVID-19 has the same risk of having been prepared by individuals who are or were positive.
However from everything I've read COVID-19 there's still no evidence of it being spread via food.
But as a precaution when I've ordered pizza I still reheated it anyway since we do know that heat will kill the virus on the off chance it is somehow on your food.
Or you can simply spray it with a little Lysol for flavor and safety like your boy Trump would.
As far as picking it up at the place you described I don't know if I'd be comfortable doing so based off your description of the layout.
If they deliver I'd go that route personally.

Brazil and Mexico have both seen deaths from Covid-19 spike on their deadliest days yet as the coronavirus pandemic threatened to worsen throughout the Americas.
The health ministry in Brazil on Tuesday reported 881 fatalities from the disease in 24 hours, taking its total to 12,400 and making it the world’s sixth worst-affected country for deaths, according to figures from John Hopkins University. Brazil’s total of 177,589 confirmed cases is the seventh highest in the world.
The United States remains by far the worst affected country and now has almost a third of the world’s 4.26m cases, with a national death toll of 82,339. The fatality figure could rise much higher according to modelling from the University of Washington that predicted more than 147,000 Americans would die from Covid-19 by early August – up nearly 10,000 from the last projection.

Caixin Global reported some districts would start this week and some next week.
