The main reason,why he has health issues is because when he was working on Yu Yu Hakusho, he rarely had any time off and plus he started working on another series,while having ideas for Hunter X Hunter...

He was basically working three series at the same time.

You must have saw one of those fake trailers people do all the time. Like,I said they announced Tower of God last year and the first trailer came out in November.

And,it came from a manhwa. It's way different than a manga..
