I watched Chris Benoit and never knew the details of how they died...i was under the impression that he killed his family sort of the same way Shane Vendrell(Walter Goggins) on the Shield killed his family..he poisoned them and then laid them beside each other on the bed..Go to 1:20 in the video

Looking back...he use to walk to the ring with that Dre/Cube just ready to fuck some shit up. He even admitted even in losses he wanted to fuck them up. Fuck a squash match and shit.
