Nfl League year starting is a little different... They don't have to seriously worry about this until... the Draft and Minicamps.

I'm really interested about the Draft. I just can't see how it can move forward as is right now.

Shit is going to have to be like it was back in the day... Just some Kats on the Floor and video screens.

No more this..

Trump just exempt the U.K. from his European travel ban.

Interestingly enough, there is a UFC event in a few weeks there.

Dana White and Trump are the best of buddies. I'm 100% sure that's why he did that.
He has a Golf resort there too.

Number one team in the country and probable national championship favorite. NCAA Tourney; it ain’t happening, :itsawrap:

NFL draft is Apr 23...

If the spring meeting has been pushed back to May...

Something tells me.. the draft is either going to be pushed back, cancelled, or rescheduled..

All these pro days have been canceled .. Scouts getting recalled... there is no way teams can prep for the draft like this.

And boom... I was right..

NFL taking hard look at adjustments to Las Vegas draft as coronavirus pandemic continues
Team decision-makers submit draft picks remotely, but the event itself draws a crowd.

More than a year of planning to turn the Las Vegas Strip next month into the center of football celebration and pageantry could be significantly altered, as the NFL mulls a response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The league has prepared for Las Vegas to host the draft from April 23-25.

While a new plan has not been formally developed, NFL officials are closely monitoring a public health situation that is progressively reaching and impacting the sports landscape in America. On Wednesday evening, the NBA announced it would suspend its season following the completion of the day’s games.

“The league office, the players association and the city and the state are working together,” Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis said in a Wednesday phone interview. "They’re making a measured decision. Health and safety will always be No. 1.”

Two signature league events are approaching on the NFL’s calendar.

The first, the annual owner meetings in Palm Beach, Fla., is scheduled for March 29 to April 1. The draft, from April 23-25, is the other.

Many top NFL prospects attend the draft, taking the stage and shaking hands or hugging commissioner Roger Goodell. Meanwhile, a huge crowd of fans gather to experience the festivities in person. There is a real chance that attendance would be scaled back, representing a dramatic shift of the event. But again, no plan has been formalized.

A league spokesman did not immediately return request for comment.

“They’ll make the correct decision,” Davis said. “They won’t put anyone in jeopardy over it.”

The Cowboys own seven draft picks, including the No. 17 overall selection in the first round. Like with other teams, decision-makers manage their draft board and submit selections remotely from their team headquarters. Any restrictions in Las Vegas would not carry a meaningful impact on the Cowboys in Dallas.

Players currently on the roster are scheduled to report to Frisco for voluntary spring workouts on April 6.
