I’m not defending anything I’m speaking facts . No country is worse than America and nowhere else has a history of racism like America . Americans go to other countries and confuse racism with other Shit out of lack of experience. Fact is Japan is not anywhere close to as racist as America and if you actually travel you’ll see that. As explained by the above people.
Did they know you were American? Maybe that's why. My boy went to China and had a good experience but they knew he was there on American Business
Obviously, AMerican Blacks Will probably get treated better or different. Africans in Japan have a bad reputation for how they strong arm people in the club districts.

Africans in Africa do not go around telling folks that are "mixed" to go back to Europe, America or Asia. At least, I have never heard it. To this, why is it that folks that are "mixed" are seeking acceptance in toxic environments in Europe, America or Asia?

Hurt people hurt people. Affluent blacks by and far do not hate on african immigrants. You get that bigotry in underserved communities who are literally fighting said immigrants for scant resources. I worked non-profit with africans from all over the continent from cape verde to south africa to the horn of africa.... african patriots may not hate on AA but an OBSCENELY large number of African immigrants without a doubt do. No lie, every african woman I worked with ended up marrying a white dude (2 married hardcore conservatives). To be fair a few pushed up me but 2 things: I was already engaged and two I'm also a yella nigga which makes me feel some kind of way about their interests and eventual choice of spouses.
I never claimed (or will claim) America wasn't racist in its past or it's present, but your immediate defense of Japan regarding their brand of racism was deflected by you injecting America's sins into a conversation about JAPAN. The original poster was highlighting something that is a major problem for Blacks over there. We must learn to keep arguments within context, otherwise, those who find themselves accused of their racist attitudes towards Blacks will never learn to repent, repair, and/or give restitution against the afflicted. I understand your appreciation and reverence for Asian women and their culture, but that does not exonerate them of their sins against melanated folks of the African diaspora.

It’s not a defense and there is no brand of racism. Either you’re racist or your not. The initial reaction of a Black American to Japanese people staring at them is that they must be racist. Which isn’t always the case. My point was of course there are racists , there’s racists in every group of human ,you even have other Blacks who hate Blacks . Japan is extremely nationalistic and will treat a Korean or Chinese person worse than a Black American. It’s deeper than what you’re used to as Racism in America.
