Klobuchar, why not?

Lol :) are you serious ?

She is very boring and has no charisma. On the national stage trump will smoke her with ease. Running for President is like a popularity contest and if you cannot entertain the crowd your finish.

Plus she is a women and I hate to say it but that takes away points.
Wrong. She’s ugly, measured and accomplished. All she has to do is not respond or laugh at him to his face. Bullies need a response. Power is often in the silence. You can’t go head to head with someone with nothing to lose. When he rants act like you didn’t hear it. Ask him to repeat it. Laugh in his face and give a dope as answer to original subject. She beats him in any debate.

He hates women and thinks charisma is the most important quality for a candidate or president.

Isn't this what the primary process is all about? As far as convincing anyone, I'm not a salesman and won't be pushing her in the least. I'm simply interested in knowing a little more about her in the event she stays afloat and offers a viable alternative to the: socialist, homosexual, shape-shifter, or billionaire candidates currently leading the polls.
Primary process should be like the playoffs. Instead, this shit is the preseason. This shit is like watching scrubs trying to make the cut. 2020 primary should be like watching the cream of the crop fighting for a championship.

thinks charisma is the most important quality for a candidate or president.

It’s the single most important feature of being a leader. If your boring and dry. You will lose.

You need something more than just saying orange is bad. You can look at the election 2016

Again.
... I'm more interested in their 9 to 5, or strictly business activities and "policy" prospects. ...we have to think about more than can they play a sax, soccer, beer pong, or "shout rhetoric". I hear Mussolini loved to party and could ride a unicycle.

But @Camille and @Watcher said the parties are different

You cant talk one shit in in thread trying to criticize who I vote for and at the same time say voting doesn't matter because both parties are the same. Your bipolar ass needs to pick an argument and stick with it.

Women are always criticized for being tough while men are promoted for it. I don't care for Amy but if she gets the nomination she has my vote.

Being tough on of your staff is a common trait of effective leaders. I would never call Trump an effective leader, still he is well known for dumping on his staff. Here is a short list of 258 (its a link) individuals that have sprinted their way, or been kicked out of his admin. Here are a few notables: John F. Kelly, Michael Flynn, H. R. McMaster, John Bolton, Sean Spicer, Anthony Scaramucci, Hope Hicks, Gary Cohn, Ronny Jackson, James Mattis, Rick Perry, Tom Price, John F. Kelly, Steve Bannon, etc, etc, etc......

Charisma helps a lot with democrats. I don't get why anyone would argue against the evidence of the last 30 years. The importance of Charisma shouldn't even be up for debate.

People who make it to that level usually aren't nice. They can play nice on tv. It's not unusual for people to hate their bosses. And 99 percent of the time, they'll smile and take it.

Trump is just way over the fucking top with his arrogance. The ultimate bad boss. And it doesn't help that people can straight up clown him and get cool points. It's like the perfect storm for people to jump ship.

I don't know Klobuchar, nor have I ever had any contact with her campaign. All I'm saying is given the other candidates (socialist, homosexual, shape-shifter, billionaire) natures, I'm more than willing to entertain voting for her, even in a primary.

chick looks like a comic book villan chick looks like she is asleep all the time
So she's ugly. I don't give AF, and neither should anyone. Reagan was purported to be a handsome man, and the same was said of JFK. So what if it helps them get your the panties off. Politically it shouldn't mean shit. Focusing on a person's attractiveness only sets you up to be a simp. Why do you think attractive people are encouraged to be in sales. MFs get distracted by looks and miss the switcheroo, or ohkeydoke until after the deal closes. I know that superficial veneer is important to other folks, but I'm not the one. It sounds like you are. Go ahead and vote for the one that make you wet.

I understand that Charisma can be a factor, but it plays an outsize role. Why can't we focus on their prospects to implement policies that will make our lives better? What does it matter if the woman isn't the life of the party like Cardi B, Lizzo, or even Kim K. Some would argue that Angela Merkel is and Margaret Thatcher was an effective leader. Its just too much to ask of the average american voter to be pragmatic.

they're starting to critically look into her time as a Prosecutor.
at least Sunny Hostin is...

Following an opening segment that contained mostly softball questions about the state of the Democratic primary race, the show turned things over to co-host Sunny Hostin after a break.

Noting that “you need African-American support to become the Democratic nominee,” Hostin told Klobuchar, “Your tough on crime approach when you were a county attorney in Minnesota is criticized for disproportionately harming black and brown people, and when I look at that record, you know, you failed to prosecute a single killing by the police during the eight years you headed prosecutions, and there were more than two dozen police-involved killings in that period.”

“How do you defend that record?” Hostin asked.

Hostin proceeded to bring up Klobuchar’s prosecution of 16-year-old Myon Burrell, a black teenager who is now serving a life sentence for murder despite evidence that suggests he could be innocent.

“It gives me no pleasure to say this because as you know, I was a prosecutor as well,” Hostin said. “I have reviewed the facts of that case, and it is one of the most flawed investigations and prosecutions that I think I have ever seen.” As the mother of a black teenager, she called the case her “worst nightmare.”

All the remaining DNC 2020 candidates have this same problem, a lack of sensitivity to issues greatly impacting African Americans. Is she any worse?

None of them have any real black agenda. They just want the black vote and after they get into office you won’t see them until 2024.

Put we don’t care anyways or put these candidates feet to the fire so I can’t really blame them.

Are you a black man? I am. So, I'm looking for viable option. If you aren't, I'm not hearing to you.

She was the law in MN and the case Sunny talked about was under her discretion.
Booty-gig showed weakness as a Mayor regarding his Black residents/police chief situation.
Bernie & Warren are closest to the Occupy Wall St. movement - remember that effort to turn America upside down financially?
It wasn't that long ago...

Let's be SMART and play te game to win.
If they approve reparations NOW, they won't get the electoral college votes to beat Trump.
Wait until after the Democrats win to turn the heat up.

There is no viable option. I would say Bernie Sanders is the only real one that is going to make a big real change but the DNC establishment will not make him win. Some way some how they will rigged it for Bloomberg. Because let’s face it the DNC is broke and in debt and if Sanders Is the nominee, they will lose billions from there corporate donors and Wall Street.

You turn the heat up now because there desperate. Not after they win. After they win they won’t give a fuck about black people until around election season. It will be Obama 2.0.

Right now there desperate to beat trump. Right now black people should be applying hard pressure but we won’t because at the end of the day we are just happy with the status quo. We are not going to put in the work that is needed.

I remember "Occupy". I felt like it was the kind of counter point to the Tea Party. Anyway, it sounds like none of them can stand up for us, and commit to an initiative that directly benefits African Americans until after we give them out vote AGAIN, for the gazillionth time. I'm not staying home, but still...

Bloomberg showing his true colors :)

NOPE!
Win 1st.
Or we'll be sideline sitting.

You missed this: ..."vote AGAIN, for the gazillionth time." without a clear commitment.

I saw it. Trump as POTUS changes EVERYTHING.
We have faced a lot of things thru history but NEVER a totally unqualified, ignorant, criminal like this.
And of course it's politics - promises made in the campaign may never come to pass.
Even trump let his people down with promises unfulfilled.

Indulge me. Who is your favorite at this point?

If the most qualified, and one of the most famous woman in the country ran in 2016 and got whooped by an orange bafoon what makes you think a woman who treats her staff terribly and is way less known is going to beat the bafoon in 2020?

I seen it the other day, Sunny had her shook. The questions will keep coming if she keeps getting more votes.

I saw that part of the interview and it highlights a major problem. Just tell me which of the DNC 2020 candidates has done a better job for African Americans.
