Welp, the lower crime rate was good while it lasted.

This is criminal justice reform.

Seems more like an invitation to consider crime as an alternative.

Bruthas gonna catch 4 more cases b4 the first comes up.

The logic is whether or not you are let out of jail shouldn’t be based on wealth.

However, a deterrent is very necessary.
