I just think Panda was being extremely riotous with his reading of what I assume is the law. Do guys understand the impact of mask Police walking around who can do things to you (you being anyone not just black people) and no one would be able to testify as to who did what in court of law. Think of the shit Police can get away today bare face. Now under this premise, where there asking for permission to record 1st on top of that there has to be some form of check and balance. That is Panda's function. I assume the other person the officer wanted to get forwarded to would have been more laxed on letting it loose but Panda seems to take it pretty seriously.
I just saw the movie so I don't know anything about the comics. The first episode was okay. I understand they have to set up the premise. But the Crockett thing was soooooo predictable it detracted from the entire episode. They spent so much time establishing how abnormal the normal was and then he goes off by himself. I mean come on man, that's lazy writing 101.
I loved the Watchman comic, not the movie.... glad this is a continuance of the graphic novel. A whole new world has risen out of the ashes of the alien attack and we're thrown in. Here are my stretched out observations from Season 1 Episode 1 of WATCHMEN "It’s Summer and We’re Running Out of Ice”

Wooooo, that was a dope first episode. I know it was probably a lot of CACs tight as hell about all those black faces (and the Tulsa opening). Is this in the comics too? May need to bus out the tablet this weekend and get to reading

Watchmen was complete ass. Sorry, liked the graphic novel some, but it has zero repeat watchability for me.

I'd rather watch Clooney Batman with Arnold then sit through that shit again.
Ok, way overhyped. It's one of those movies that as a fan of the genre you're "supposed" to like. I just found it to drawn out. I feel it would have been better as a Chernobyl type 4 part mini series.
I'll check out the show as I love Regina and anything that brings light to the genocide committed by the jealous CAC'S in Tulsa is worth a watch.
Not a bad start in the ratings. That 90 Day Fiance that big? No wonder I hear so much about it.

HBO’s “Watchmen” made its series premiere Sunday, but it was “The Walking Dead” that topped the night’s cable ratings.
The AMC zombie series reclaimed the night’s no. 1 spot with a series low 1.2 rating in adults 18-49 and 3.48 million viewers, down one-tenth from its previous episode’s 1.3 rating.
TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days” placed second with a 0.9, back up a tenth from its 0.8 last Sunday. E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” similarly ticked up from a 0.4 to a 0.5. Meanwhile, the series premiere of HBO’s “Watchmen” raked in a 0.3 with 799,000 viewers.
That’s a pretty good start for the new series, and the premiere reportedly made up for its linear performance, as replays and streaming numbers pushed its audience up to 1.5 million viewers. That makes “Watchmen” HBO’s most-watched series premiere on its digital platforms since “Westworld’s” initial debut back in 2016.

I really wish Hollywood and DC Comics would just leave the "WATCHMEN" property alone.

That was some crazy shit with Veidt and that stage play showing the creating of Dr. Manhattan. So he knows how to clone people?
