Caught last week's premiere of The Unicorn. An easy watch at just over 20 mins without commercials. Some funny interactions of Goggins with his friends and kids respectively. Show has some heart to it given the plot. Also, glad to see many networks adopt the show format of comedies or comedy-dramas without the use of canned laughter these days. Shows that are amusing and sometimes funny, but not laugh out loud in nature. They just flow better. Also, it's interesting to see how well pilots are received on the major networks (as we all know they're so hit & miss with ratings). Hard to get fully invested in series until you know they'll be around for awhile given the track records from CBS (in this case), ABC, NBC, Fox, etc.

Helmed by series creator Vince Gilligan, expect the usual slurry of twists and appearances from old favourites Badger and Skinny Pete.

You might hope to leave a spa feeling a better person, but for Paul Rudd’s Miles he leaves as a completely new version of himself in this existential comedy from Daily Show producer Timothy Greenberg. Old Rudd (a glum, bored office-worker) and new Rudd (a perky, fresh-faced clone) must battle it out for their existence and for the affections of their wife, played by Aisling Bea. It’s a zany premise but one played with a downtrodden depth by world-weary Rudd.

The starry ensemble cast includes Andrew Scott (of Fleabag “hot priest” fame), Anne Hathaway, Dev Patel, Tina Fey and John Slattery. And watch out for Ed Sheeran in perhaps his most cringeworthy cameo role to date.

Right on. 2nd season was pretty solid too. We enjoyed it. Some pretty intense scenes (including one brutal fight scene).

I'm into this. They established a good back story for the characters. There are shades of the late , great and insane The Following TV show mixed in and I like the tongue in cheek vibe.
Now that "Preacher" is off the air now, my favorite show right now is "Mr. Inbetween"

Not a show or series to be specific, but if you're into armwrestling the WAL (World Armwrestling League) is pretty good, and an intense watch. Unsure if it still airs on ESPN, but The Fight Network in Canada has been airing 2015/2016 to more current content Mondays on their channel. Been DVR'ing episodes in recent months.

Saw it a handful of years ago with my dad and brother, and 2 of the guys featured (John Brzenk & Travis Bagent) appear to still be competing. Been meaning to check out Goliath. A friend of the family and her husband recommended the show last year. If you haven't seen the 1st season of FARGO from a handful of years back, definitely check that out as well. Billy Bob was great on that season.
