it is unusual to find a chic fil a in the hood. i currently live in west tn and can't think of any in the HOOD. most popeyes are in the hood or hood adjacent. they are clearly targeting different demos.

depends on the city. Chick Fil A is every here but this is their headquarters.

I must have gotten a bad sandwich because mine was to salty. I liked the crunch and that it’s a big piece of chicken but the sauce was to salty and not real spicy. I’m gonna go get ChicFilA tomorrow to see how it tastes

There are no popeyes in Miami white neighborhoods. I was asking yall is it the same in your city. I then asked my white associates and they had no clue about this chicken war, no clue where a popeyes was, nor had ever been to one. And there from several different cities across America.
Then asked my Black circle if they had tried this sandwich, some said nah popeyes not in there neighborhood. Some said they didnt understand what was going on, but if the lines get low they will try it. Some said they wouldnt set foot in a popeyes in Miami. As of right now not one of my friends has tried this sandwich cuz of the chaos created by (fill in the blank and the answer isnt popeyes).
My case and point of is this excitement to wait in line for hours, punch each other in the face, stay online and keep promoting this shit past the normal conversation of is this sandwich good or not, and get easily offended when someone calls that over excitement "nigga shit" shit was proven as a yes. Yes blacks are being targeted cuz someone new this black frenzy for fried chicken could work. 11 days and 24 million dollars later, it worked.
So my question is popeyes in a white neighborhood makes sense as I can only speak for my city where popeyes is in competition with churches. Is this some retro yes massa shit because the only people insanely excited about promoting and getting these crackas rich gotta be niggas, yes. Dats what niggas do. How you found offense in that only you can answer.
a convo of is a sandwich good is kool. But when it turns into beef and long drawn out back and forths then the convo needs to end on "Are you selling something or are you for sale"
