NBA 2018-2019 playoffs thread...finals is set..”Warriors vs Raptors 2-4” Raptors win the title!!!

He thinks he's slick man. That's why he keep talking about they were out of 1st place in December.....everyone was out of first place by a few spots in December.

Raptors organization pays him to be their global ambassador.

They named their practice facility after him....they do collaborations with him....they stay giving him money. If Kwahi stays there......they gonna fuck around and make him a part of ownership.
Lmbaooooooo

I always find it funny in the playoffs the home team wins the first two games and everyone says the series is over. We can go back a could of pages and look at the comments after the second Raptors vs Bucks game.

Most said it was a wrap for the Raptors when the Bucks only did what they were supposed to do. Home teams win 65% of the time at home, they’re “Supposed” to win.

Just like the Blazers vs Warriors, the Warriors did what they were supposed to do. We just weren’t counting on Lillard at home to lay golden eggs! :roflmao:

Drake wants to be the Toronto Spike Lee so bad. Sit yo ass down nigga
Sadly, he has far surpassed Spike in influence and power in that arena (sports) and his (entertainment).

Lying fucking Jew.

That video confirmed two things for me.. KD to NY is a done deal. And KD has more than likely played his last game as a Warrior.

The Toronto Raptors, he’s the Raptors “Global Ambassador”.

Also the training facility/practice court is OVO athletic centre

Yeah I mean it was easy to see the Blazers getting swept down 0-2.......but Bucks and Raptors are more evenly match. I could easily see every team winning their home meeting then it coming down to Game 7.

That's all true. However, if you wanna bet on the Bucks doing "what they are supposed to do" in the Finals and going up 2-0 on the Warriors, I'd eagerly take that bet.

Drake has had a surprisingly long run and is obviously a lot more relevant than Spike right now.

But two things--

#1. I may just be out of touch but I'm not sure what Drake's impact on the entertainment world has been. He's a megastar but isn't he just part of the Cash Money regime like Nicki Minaj? I don't think he has even had the impact Lil Wayne did. Ghostwriting, looks and "swag" have made him a success but what has he changed?

#2. Is there any doubt that 100 years from now Spike Lee's legacy endures after Drake's has faded? If so, Drake is more popular at the moment but not nearly as influential.

(I'd say the same with sports-- Spike Lee and Reggie Miller are a part of basketball history; Drake is just another famous fan who happens to be more famous at the moment.)

Hes one of the biggest entertaining musicians in the world right now. Between his music, tours, popularity and endorsements, he isnt being surpassed by anyone of any genre currently. I guess it depends on how you define "impact" pertaining to him exceeding Wayne, but in terms of monetary success, id say its safe to say he is well beyond him.

I hope so. Spike has definitely broken more barriers and created more icons in the acting industry through opportunity.

I think Taylor Swift is a lot bigger than Drake, but I get your point....

I watched enough to know Dame and CJ eliminated you cats basically just the two of them and Steph and Klay are a million times better than Dame and CJ.

And the fact that you don’t understand these cats pick their games up a shit ton in the playoffs means you don’t know basketball as much as you think you do.

And if you’re not afraid of the warriors, stop ducking them.

Dame was a non-factor all series. Don’t look at the box score. CJ was the impact player. I’ll give him that. Our bench didn’t show when we needed them and the coaching....man don’t get me started. But we didn’t get swept in any series. Won 7 games. No way to think they couldn’t have added a couple more. Next year will be even better.

At least you gave us a game. Damn. The disrespect. We’re not even talking about a full strength Warriors team.
Aye man....y’all got a squad. Warriors just get away with too much fuck shit. On a even playing field I’d give y’all 2 games. But refs be dick riding them.

Isn’t that worse though lol? Y’all lost to CJ McCollum and a less than normal Damian Lillard?

lol just saying random shit that ain't true cause you think nobody will say anything about it lol
the final 2 minute report has favored the other team literally every game since everyone made a big deal about it game 1 of houston but crickets lol
blazers literally living at the free throw line on bullshit foul calls crickets.
niggas shot almost 25 ft's in a half...the 1st half... crickets.
latest 2 minute report said curry got fouled TWICE with no call in game 4 regulation (the travel play) and in OT and those were the ONLY missed calls. Crickets.
so stop.

I see the NBA experts that was shitting on Steph a couple weeks ago are now talking about best player in the world and one of the best pg of all time...lmaooo those guys have been jokes but they have become even bigger jokes now
