How do you feel about Embiid crying??

True, but Shaq didnt have that when he 1st came into the league; How many years Embed and Simmons been playing? Like 3 right? they are young, they will/should get a better mentality; as far as crying, I have no problems with it; He just talks a lot of shit so hes gonna get roasted for it; I will say if you gonna talk that much shit, then you better cry in private......
Shaq doesn't get enough credit for how killer he is because he jokes around.

Shaq joked around because people are naturally scared of the big black man. His whole shit was psychology.

He got to the finals in Orlando. Shaq also recruited Phil Jackson.

Embid isn't even close to what a rookie Shaq was.

All that said, I completely agree. Joel elbowed a dude in the face and was laughing.

Cry in private if you gonna boo hoo

Agree totally; but a lot of these athletes arent like the old ones; money has in a lot of ways corrupted them; add social media to the pot, then well you get what we have now....

Peace,

I like that he cares enough where he's emotional about losing. However, you can't be the league's biggest shit-talking and go out like that.

See, that’s where I am with it. You can’t mock and troll people and be emotional and thin skinned. TERRIBLE look.

And if you truly care about winning, instead of crying, adjust your diet and take your conditioning seriously. This cat regularly eats fast food and isn’t in shape. He needs to commit.

No problem with him crying. Hopefully he will grow from this.
Also I truly hopes that he will tone down his antics now and realise that while this is only a game, it's not a game at all.

i gotz no problem with him crying. shows he got love for the game even tho he trolls and talk plenty of shit throughout the season. then he took time to congratulate every raptors player. seen plenty of players storm off the court and not congratulate their opponents, so he get props for that

Crying??? Nah. I'd be sad, then I'd realize "what the fuck, I'm a multi-millionaire".

And that's the problem with many professional athletes. Most just want the money, cars, houses, and pussy. A few do care about winning. Embiid shows that he gives a fuck. He wants to win. He will be very motivated this summer when he works out.

Caring about winning is fine, but c'mon it ain't the end all to be all. Off the top of your head what team won the NBA or NFL Championship in 2007? I'll bet neither you, nor anyone else, can come up with the winner without looking it up. Which makes the point that winning while a notable achievement, in the grand scheme of things is way overrated and forgotten relatively quickly by most. Embiid should have saved those tears for something really important and life changing. :hmm:

So, maybe winning is important to him? Should he won a title, while it may not be important to you, it will be important - to him. Everybody has things that are important to them. If that's important to him, who are you or I to knock him for it?

he is too early in his career to talk as much shit as he does..that is why i kinda feel like fuck him..but it is competitive pain so...

Big ups to the Olivia massive... worldwide.

Is it that, or was he just crying cause he didn't get his way?

Just raising the question, neither of us has the answer.

pretty much, though way to loose and go home.

No problem with the crying, however because it's his silly ass it is hilarious. Remember that muphucka giggling after the fake apology for the elbow on the Allen kid during the Nets series. Karma is a bitch that always gets her payback.

yup.

Goofy ass dude

yeah, they golden stated his ass, which seems to be trending In the NBA bring up the goofy slow big man, get a switch so goofy big man Is guarding the smaller speedy star player.

One thing you’re missing is that’s not only his job, that’s what he’s worked hard for his entire career. An entire year of training, practices, games, only to lose and now the entire season’s over. Just like that, all of the work put in for the past year is done. With no results, no tangible success.

You’ve failed at what you’ve worked for and now you have to wait an entire year to try again. If you can’t understand that then cool. :dunno:

All I'm saying is Embiid was a bit too emotional about not winning a Championship imo. I didn't notice any of the other 11 players on the Sixers roster bawling. I'm sure they were as disappointed as Embiid but were able to keep it all in perspective. You made mention of all the work he put in just to come up short. Was he the only one to bust his butt in pursuit of a championship? No. In fact the knock on Embiid is his lack of conditioning which has resulted in many games missed, but that's a topic for another time.

You also say he worked so hard with no results, no tangible success. C'mon, the man is in the middle of a 148 million dollar contract. I'll bet to most that is pretty tangible and should take the sting out of not getting a ring this year. I'd be more receptive to him crying tears of joy if he won a Championship rather than weeping because his team lost one. I saw MJ, LeBron and others cry like babies after they won; never saw them break down because their teams got beat. Champions often shed tears after a hard fought win and is understandable and acceptable; crying after a loss is frankly looked upon as weakness by many, if not you. To Embiid I'd say, "Dry your eyes, man the fuck up and get after it next year". :hmm:

Peace,

You’ve never played a sport before? Only a fool would eat right before he plays a game. Especially at that level with everything on the line.

Bruh there's nothing wrong with having a bite before a game....shits just giving you calories which you burn as energy......only downside is if you eat something that makes you have to shit. That not eating is Bro Science

I think he was crying because he left something out on the court. If someone gives everything they have and still loses, they can lose with a sense of pride that they did their best. If you start crying its because you didnt quite give your best and now its too late.
