some of you that actually understand one of the things i do for a living is online retail, about 10+ sites up and running as well as 8 ebay/amazon accounts running pushing mass volumes of products. because i'm one person i can't do it all of course, it's suicide, so i hire "virtual assistants" to handle different sites or accounts to make sure they perform smoothly. they basically handle the sales, proccess orders, handle customer service and i pay them a percentage of the overall performance of the site and/or account weekly. i have 7 ladies doing this most been helping me since day one, several you've seen me post their homegrown in here

so long story short i have friend from the past hit me up looking for work she needs to make some money she's struggling. i teach her how to do it and put her in charge of one of one my sites, www.toygadgetsandmore.com. because that's one of my larger revenue sites i usually do that one myself but i went ahead and let her do it so she could make some money and get her life back on track.

it's smooth for the first two weeks...she's doing what she's suppose to do. so on the last week of the march i'm going over all the accounts and i notice 200 bucks missing from a sale. i trace it back and she helped herself to it. i asked her whats going on she explains she's short on her rent she's sorry she was going to put it back in when she got paid next week. i'm like ok, make sure you do, next time ask first. Because i would have said yeah.

so even though everything's cool i start to watch that one closely. sure enough 1st of april she spent about 150 more for personal reasons. so i'm pissed at this point so i go in her paypal remove the remaining funds with the exception of a 670.00 hold that paypal did on an order and switch it back to the main paypal. then contact her. the convo goes like this:
