I've already said it was Democrat policies on affirmative action with the SBA (Fast track Minority program) that secured my first business loan 27 years ago. That loan provided me my business which I in turn employed not ONLY family members, but MANY ADOS who (some) still work for me today in management positions.
That same minority fast track program? Bush eliminated when he got into office. So how did DEMS help me? Well...I'm still in business. My house is paid off, I'm on my second home. All my vehicles are paid off, kid in college. Family members still benefitting.

The number of African Americans heamed up on nonviolent federal charges for things like weed alone is lower then most think... typically a person in custody for that type of charge would have had other charges that were dropped upon the plea deal... leading to the drug conviction....
This really going to help non-violent white collar Kats that typically will only have the charge they were convicted on... showing on their record. The Manaforts of the world will be really seeing the effects of the first step program...
