I kinda see what Cummings was doing... he wanted to diffuse the 'racism' accusation... because that's ALL that those Congressional Republicans (and Fox News) would focus on. Tomorrow, this whole hearing would not be about Cohen, it would be all about Talib.

Cummings also low key told him about rats and snitches being one and the same where he’s from. Shit sounded like another “watch your back” warning to Cohen albeit maybe an inadvertent one.
