The same possibility of false information being spread exists on YouTube as it does outside of YouTube. It is up to the user to know how to do comparative analysis, background information and seek out source material, counter-arguments etc. If you want to find garbage and bullshit, YouTube is full of it. If you want to gain knowledge it can be utilized as a resource for that as well.

That is a good thing, but what they also didn't say in that video is how article 11 and 13 is impacting the internet and what Trump wants to do to cut down "fake news" online.
