Real Talk: Do you do your OWN laundry or send it out to a service?

keeping it real i prefer to do my own shit. cooking and cleaning.

alot of women don't know how to cook, wash clothes or clean anymore.

not a member of the he-man woman haters club. this has just been my experience. i have only kicked it with two chicks that knew how to cook AND clean. some knew how to cook OR clean. and most didn't know how to do either. and i don't date hood rats.
So u do everything alone

Cook
Eat
Shower
Watch tv

Back when I was renting with no access to a washer/dryer at home, I would wash my own. Folding clothes is not a big deal. Throw on my headphones and do it while listening to my favorite podcast.

I gave up on the white undershirt

those yellow stains from deodorant killed me.

Right. I use Mitchum clear unscented and solves that problem.

I got married about 4 years ago and my wife did our first wash and tossed my T-shirts in with the colored towels. We had a minor difference of opinion. lol. After being single for a few years, doing laundry was no big deal to me. Kissed her cheek and took over my laundry. Lol.

Brother I do my own laundry and haven't used my dryer in over 2 years,(Only in extreme circumstances) we just air dry no shrinking and it cuts down on wrinkles.

I drop my shit off. I'm actually looking for a service that will pick it up for me, I don't have a car at the moment, and I'm looking for shit that makes it easier for me in the long run.

It's a bit more expensive, but not by much. I pay about $20 - $30 for three people, maybe $10 more than me having to do it myself. It saves time.

Dry clean only.

I only wash draws, tees, socks

Everything else gets dry cleaned

I'm with you

but I know some men AND women who nice with the laundry skills

blowing my mind on how they can machine wash DRY CLEAN ONLY stuff...

I haven’t been to a laundromat in over 10 years but the one I used to go to had a dry cleaners right across the street and they’d bring clothes in there all the time to wash them.

WHAT!?!??!

I need to invest in some of these BEFORE they blow.
the term I believe is called restore... There are talented individuals that know to clean, fix, even customized your old kicks...there's even a few YouTube's that make videos of them doing this to variety of kicks... Some people make a living off of it, some do it as a hobby, etc... It's a skill set that can be utilized if pushed more to the masses... Lot of people prob got a pair or more of kicks that are roughed up, dirty, etc that they don't wear or hardly wear cause of condition... But under the restored process would put it back into rotation.. It's a market that has potential if pushed right...I gave you the concept and the info that it's pretty much a market that is still not completely tapped...problem is finding the people that are actually nice at it and not utilizing its full potential

They exist..I've bumped into a few on the fly...juss didn't have time to be a mentor to a stranger or better yet it's only 24yrs in a day not enough time in the world to handle every situation... 1 of my boys knew a female that was nice with custom sneakers...told him to make bizz cards and I'll pass it out on the strength...I fly around the city and at that time use to pass a bunch of sneaker lines weekly of people waiting for new kicks, told him I could easily pass them out to individuals like that cause they were potential consumers...he never jumped on it...he was suppose to open up a sneaker store and that was gonna be 1 of its selling points selling custom made kicks..he never did... Potential wasted...was gonna promote , plug, even convince broads to wear outfits, post on the net, etc... He never jumped on any of that..another situation wasted...such is life
