I was basically saying James Brown was before MJ and MJ looked up to him.
Which makes James Brown the GOAT not MJ.
nah ems wordplay and vocab make him stand out.. he only has one style and thats speed rap..
and now and days nobody does that better than busta, and it was twista before him..
but they both have their own style... so while everyone does take a little from everyone..
what sets them apart is adding their own touch to it..

but the real truth is... like dude said gucci is really a trap GOD and it just so happens trap and mumble are the most popular forms of hip hop..
but gucci still has more swag and style in his music than em ever will...
so you dont know what you are talkin about and need to fall back...
eminem has more than just one style. he is just not a speed rapper.

but if I had to put my money on who would out rap the other one if the battled each other I would put my money on eminem.

Eminem is very talented and a great rapper but no, Black people don’t and didn’t listen to Eminem like that. Most Hip Hop fans and artists respect his talent and lyricism but don’t really listen to his music.
I respect what he’s done for the Atlanta music scene but I’ve never listened to Gucci. Never listened to a mixtape, an album. Only heard songs played places.

I havent listened to Em in the car since Bad Meets Evil and back when he was doin tracks wit Skam , and Rawkus records etc....With that said. I dont judge my hiphop by how much it gets played in the whip. Shit Dr. Octagon and the old Prince Paul albums are still in my whips rotation

I never said he was a top 25 rapper on my list. I don't listen to him. I don't listen to Gucci Mane either. I'm a old school rap type of guy. I'm only bias to Drake and listens to his stuff and supports him cause we related and I happen to like his sound and versitility as an artists. But what I play in my truck is mostly old school rap.
