Truth be told, this is one of the top 10 Wu songs ever. One of the best beats to me anyway.Could Cap put out a better single than M.E.T.H.O.D Man and Bring the Pain?
Cap had me hype on Winter Warz, but after that, I wasn't impressed.
TruthMeth brought in the females. He's the least dusty of the clan and putting him on the hook on "Ice Cream" helped sell the group to women.
TICAL was dusty up until a few years ago...home kept it gully.Meth brought in the females. He's the least dusty of the clan and putting him on the hook on "Ice Cream" helped sell the group to women.
Ghostface
Hell no. Meth is that nigga for a reason. Not only did he have the personality to be the star but he was a top notch rhymer. Top 5 all time in terms of flow and riding a beat
Cap is one of the most underrated rappers of all time.
No.
Solowise, I was never a fan of ‘Tical’ and always have thought that Cappa’s ‘The Pillage’ was a superior solo album.
Still, as far as the Clan? Meth was a bookend due to his dark and gritty delivery, with ODB’s high-energy as the other bookend. Capps could not have filled either role. MAYBE the only spot he could have taken was UGod’s. But him for Meth? Nah.....
Hell, a pile of alpaca shit could take U-god's spot.

Cap was actually the catalogue hog with the gear fam.
Yes the Wu would've blown with Cap instead of Meth.
"Protect Ya Neck" came out in 92, "Method Man" came out in 93. The Wu was already buzzin with "Protect Ya Neck"
