If any man/woman asked their spouse have they cheated and they spouse answered the way Kavanaugh did, we already know they are deflecting the truth and trying not to admit wrong doing.
I use the same tactics with my daughter. I ask questions that only require a simple yes or no. A person that can’t do that is trying to talk they way out from answering.
And I don’t accept any other answers to that question.
