Yep but the damage was done if they still select him for the supreme court he has to recuse hisself from anything to do with Trump....What Senator Harris exposed makes him Useless right now.
If he was interacting with trump lawyers they will force him to recuse hisself if he selected. The scrutiny will be too heavy for him to not to recuse hisself. Also depending on what Harris knows the Republicans may get a little cold feet let’s see what happens tomorrow.
