David West isn't being used right. last year he was being used in the 2nd unit and as the point forward he'd stand there and take the shot or pass it off to a shooter with the 2nd unit kerr's rotations have been horrible

It most certainly did. It was 36 seconds left. Instead of going up 4 (lebron would have shot free throws), Durant got 2 free throws and tied it. That was a 4 point swing in a game that went to OT.
And in those situations the ref under the basket always determines the block/charge decision. Even with the rule change, the call shouldn’t have gone to the monitors because LJ was clearly outside of the restricted zone during contact.
