He's not a great defender, but he is an improved one. I noticed David West is pretty much done now. Last year he was real big for yall coming out protecting the paint and giving yall toughness. But not having him come in there, KD has to protect the paint more and bang down low and thats not really his game or his interest. I think he's pressing on offense and defensively he's uncomfortable with what he's being asked to do.

Lebron's feet only need to be completely set if Durant is still under control when the contact occurred. He wasn't. So can anyone point to a game this season (with the rule change) where the outcome changed based on a changed call? If it's happened, I haven't seen it. And you definitely don't pioneer some shit during the fucking NBA Finals. And this isn't a new rule THIS season. it's been around for years now and I've never seen a discretionary called change under these circumstances.

It most certainly did. It was 36 seconds left. Instead of going up 4 (lebron would have shot free throws), Durant got 2 free throws and tied it. That was a 4 point swing in a game that went to OT.
