Sure it is, they missed shots. But who on that squad is going to make all those pull up jumpers? That's not really Harden's game or Gordon's game.
Like I said, the Warriors wanted the Rockets shooting 2s. Their game plan was not leaving the shooters and give up drives. As much as you clown the game plan, even if they had just been regular bad from three and shot 25%, they would have won this game.
It literally took them being historically bad from three to lose.

You damned if you do, damned if you don't. It's exhausting both mentally and physically playing GS. So you up 11 on them, miss a layup and have a bad possession, they knock down two 3s in 15 seconds and it's a 5 point game. You try to grind for a nice play, miss the shot and they hit another 3 on the break and it's a 2 point game in under a fucking minute.
Shit is demoralizing. Let's be real, it's demoralizing to fucking watch even if you ain't a fan of the team they doing it to.

I saw the game, he took 3's them shits weren't falling. The whole team couldnt buy a 3. He was way more engaged compared to last year against SA, GS wore him down the second half.

Yes it is. No Warrior was 1st team all NBA last year. Only Durant was 1st team this year. Steph was 3rd team this year. No Warriors get mentioned for MVP at all anymore and Steph was once unanimous. Winning chips on this team there will be a sacrifice individually. That's the price you pay. Now if you had 1 of the big 4 that was leading the team in every category and consistently was the one to step up every night it might be a lil different.

I didn't have ya'll going this far but when y'all got CP3 a lot of people picked y'all to be the 2nd best team out West. IT was no shock that y'all made it to the WCF. Steve Kerr said it best at the post game, his team showed they were more talented. You can talk about coaching, x's & o's, missing 3's all that but the Warriors did what they supposed to do with 4 all stars & 2 MVP players on their roster.
Rockets had two all star caliber players & was down to one in the last 2 games. The warriors did what everybody expected them to do. The only way I see a team beating this Warriors team is assembling a similar loaded team, period.

Yall have the second best player on the planet & arguably Curry is in the top 5 as well. Pippen & Rodman were unique stars but neither one I would say is scratching top 5 during that era, maybe you could make a case for Pippen but I doubt it.
Well you and I both know MJs legacy is judged by a different set of rules lol. The Bulls werent coming off a Finals loss when they signed Rodman. They were a 2nd round knockout that wasnt a contender without him. GS was a 73 win team that added a top 3 player after blowing the Finals in 16. Had you guys added no one and got the same team back and avenged that loss (similar to Spurs in '14) it would ve enhanced guys individually. But to stack the deck with Durant and out talent every body its always gonna rub some the wrong way.

Either this team is good always even when you want to make an argument to make like what they're doing isn't special and when they win games too.
