Basically Houston used the only formula to beat Golden State. It is the same formula the Cavs used on steroids. Slow the game way down by shooting with a few seconds left on the shot clock, which severely limits possession. Play physical defense on the wings and switch all down screens and pick in rolls which disrupts the motion offense.

After you ugly up the game you need to great iso players who can make tough shots down the stretch like Kyrie/Lebron and Harden/CP3.

I thought they were gonna start doing that after halftime in Game 6 but they just choked. Nobody was switching, after every 3 from the Warriors the Rockets defenders were looking at each other blaming the other the one
