Simmons man.....just dumb shit man......but shit I gotta ask what the coach doing to correct simple shit.

Embiid better call Hakeem and Simmons better take a not out of Kobe’s book and pick a weakness and work on it all off season

Good game. Good season. I thought this game would be a much easier win for Boston than it was. Embiid may be a bit overrated, and Simmons is easy to game plan for in a postseaon series. They are young so those are fixable. Where is Fultz? Tatum says hi.

I agree. But remember the Sixers are a year ahead of schedule if you ask me. We should have made the 1st round and been eliminated. Still, a disappointment to end against Boston, but the experience will be very helpful long term.

I always thought it would take 2-3 from last year for them to be special....but they were that this yr and they have something to build off of.

He pissin me off with his bullshit.

Bruh this gal

I have never seen a player literally afraid of a jump shot. He could easily just take a few dribbles and pull up and shot over the top of anyone
I don't get SImmons man. I don't even see the potential outside of his measurables. He's tall, has a a great wingspan......he's incredibly raw offensively. The Process will start and end with Simmons. How good he comes is how good the Sixers will become. But they can't not survive with him not shooting. Just can't. You almost on liability status when you not even trying to shoot.

Embiid ain’t overrated he just takes himself out the game with thisn3’s and other long jumpers. Put him on the blocks he can’t be stopped

As far as Simmons goes until he develops a mid range jumper teams will continue to figure out how to take him out the game

If Celtics had Fultz and Sixers had Tatum......Sixers would've won this series. SMH. And now you gotta see Tatum for the next 20 years.......

Naw just needed to switch coaches. Stephens took away the perimeter and that’s where philly played best all season long and brown didn’t have any adjustments

As of right now I'd consider him overrated. But with Embiid......his shit is just youth. He will get better with age and better coaching. He has the skillset to be dominant but he's not dominant. This dude 7 2 and can dribble and hit a euro step. He's essentially unguardable. He doesn't know that yet. But once he figures that out.......he's gonna be the best 5 in the league.

Naw what lol? What you saying naw to?

Sixers fell into the trap of living and dying by the 3 point shot. Happens very year. Happens to almost every team. Sixers got here living by the jumpsuits of Bellinelli, Llasova, Covington and Reddick....and died by the shit this series. Which its a shame because they have a dominant interior presence in Embid. But that euro jumpshooting shit failed in the 2000's with the Mavericks, Kings and Suns......and its gonna fail now. In the post season that rim gets smaller.

Embiid missed his share of inside shots as well tho. And Banyes had about 15 and 10 in 20 minutes of play. Embiid has alot of work to do this summer. And he talks too fucking much as well.

He knows it... before that injury he was always letting opponents know they couldn’t guard him. He just looked lazy and physically exhausted at times I wonder if it was the injury or long season that got to him

It wasn’t a trap that’s the way they are coached. When the Celtics took those perimeter open looks away the Sixers didn’t adjust that was their downfall. So switching players wouldn’t have helped them. They were coached a certain way. Now if you would have switched coaches

I mean knows it as in play like it. I know he'll talk shit and do all that but I mean go out there like you the biggest guy on the court because he is. Hortford....solid player but he and Baynes should be getting destroyed by Embid. Embid out here shooting 3 pointers.......why are you making the game difficult for yourself? You're the biggest dude on the court and no one can stop you so the answer to that is to camp out on the 3 point line? I don't get it man. People gonna blame youth for this loss....the main one who's showing youth is old ass Brett Brown. He's coaching like a rookie.

I can't even front,I was scared of your team even though I picked them to win.Your team got a great future ahead.

Simmons need to work on his jump shot and free throws, once he get those two down he's going to be LeBron 2.0.....
Cavs had nothing to be scared of. They were gonna sweep the Sixers. Sixers were easy to defend. Defend the 3 point line and it was series over.

I agree but that comes down to coaching. He isn’t being coached to take advantage of his skill set. Why is he even touching the ball at the top of the key?

They were coached this way because that matched their skillset. How else would you coach a team where your point guard is 6'10 and you giving Reddick, Bellinelli, Llasova and Saric minutes? You basically play Simmons out there with nothing but 3 point shooters. Not even great mid range scorers just 3 point shooters. What would another coach have done?

Naw he ain't no Lebron 2.0. He's too far away offensively to be that. And he and Lebron play nothing alike. Only comparison is that they both are 6'9+ with the offense going through them.

But one thing I noticed and I even remember this about Lebron when he was 19 is that Lebron played like a veteran. The day he stepped on that court he was playing like a veteran with a great basketball IQ. Simmons not there yet. To be like Lebron its gonna take more than shooting free throws and jumpers.
