Martian can easily take out anyone that Kara has faced so far. Why have him in the show, if they are going to limit him. Same for Firestorm.

DC got a TON of mid level power range characters with RICH histories to use.

and this Martian Man-hunter story line is messing with my emotions because I am going thru the same exact thing with my dad and those 2 gentlemen [put in a classic performance this week.

cause the special effect have improved immensely...
the toy battle scenes and this eek the training montage
(but also wisely saving money like not having Jimmy in the full suit but having the shield etc.....)
I like how they are adding the cape to not only gave Supergirl an OFFENSIVE weapon but to differentiate her from Supes.
