The best analogy I can think of is if a teen steals your car, wraps it around a telephone pole, severely injures themself, and not only is the teen not convicted of grand theft auto, you are sued for the teen's medical costs, you're insurance won't cover the damages, and your brought up on parking violations because..."Why did you park your car on the street? You KNOW how reckless teenagers are? We see you have a garage, if you would have parked it there none of this would have happened? IT WAS YOUR CAR YOU KNOW!!!"

the only issue with your point is that you haven't acknowledged how more than half the population of society has been raped and harassed at will with little recourse for centuries.. that a woman speaking out on the issue was disregarded more often than not...remember there was a societal debate a few decades back on whether a husband can legally rape his wife.

Oh I understand that there are horrible men who have done horrible things to women over the course of history and those men should be brought to heel.
However, I do not believe that accusations that are followed up with severe action without due process and protocol is not the is the most prudent method to go about doing so...
Correcting an abuse of power by implementing another abuse of power creates a power struggle and ultimately men will win either by choosing not to play (checking out) or playing for keeps (collectively saying "Fuck this shit!" and taking away any and all 'power' women have).
Either way that ultimately affects women the most.
Hell, #metoo is only about half a year old and society is already starting to see the negative effects.
As far as Ms Large and in Charge I have no problem with her. I just found it humorous that she cleaned everything in the room except the workout equipment.

The "power" that women have is the power men allow.. and consequently the justice they recieve is justice thats allowed. Living in a society where youre a minority the argument can made thats the same power dynamic POC live under..are you comfortable with the idea that the power, freedom and justice you enjoy is allowed by the majority and if you complain or demand "too much" it can be taken away in some fashion?
