A month and a few cents deep into this, my own perspective has evolved as she goes.
I do agree with you that there has been a lot of woman-hate that goes on here - especially toward those who dare to speak up. I am in agreement too that she has every right to express herself. I won't use the word "wrong" to describe Mo'Nique. I find her to be somewhat disingenuous, delusional and egotistical though, in that she began this dialogue asking people to boycott on HER behalf, but only added in the injustice to others after the fact. Her boycott was and is self-serving. She never mentions the other ways and avenues in which Netflix has opened doors for, promoted and enriched other Black folks.
And this is her methodology. If something is not to her exact liking and specifications in the business, she feels like she has to broadcast it to all who will hear - naming names. This, whether it is Netflix, Lee Daniels, Will Packer, Oprah Winfrey, etc.
There is no ideal work situation when you work for others. There will be moments of unfairness and belt-tightening, to be sure. But you don't beat the game going about it like she has been going about her career for the last few years - going around putting folks on blast, trying to "expose" them. Who wants to hire someone who has extreme potential to publicly trash them once the job is done?
