Many times when publicly caught in their hypocrisy- Tyler is front and center vocally and financially supportive
I don't support Tavis Tariq etc...
In any case we can talk when any of them get their subscribers to buy one of them a Rolls Royce Dawn & executive jet

I couldn't tell you how many movies he has made because I don't watch them all.
Madea movies, Like Big Momma House and Tootsie and all the others, get tired because of nothing new. But I feel the same way about superhero movies
I have watched some of his plays and enjoyed them. And when I am stuck in a hotel I watch his TV shows but then again I watched Saved by The Bell too because that is what was available.
The bottom line is there is an audience for his stuff and his stuff doesn't glamourize negativity as I said earlier
me saying he should be praised for what he does in and for the black community as well as those he puts to work doesn't mean I watch his movies although I have watched some
Those I watched I didn't have an issue with because if I did I would have turned the channel.
I also take movies for what they are, entertainment. They aren't history lessons and documentaries.
But then again I grew up before TV had to be politically correct and Archie Bunker was one of my favorite shows along with Jeffersons and Fred G

He should know -the same way a gangster or dealer would take a young athlete or entertainer - support them financially and protect them... but later when that athlete or entertainer blows up, successful and a celebrity... a smart gangsta ain't trying to publicly take credit for past support or nurture, he'll accept gratitude and respect privately

And that analogy is wrong..I could show you that a HS coach wanted to start a prep school and that mofokr mentioned each and every kid that ever played at that school and implied the ones that went D1 went because of him and those that played pro did so because of him.
And in all the movies of his, I have watched there was a message as well.
In fact, Ryan said that it was Forrest Whitaker that gave him his first big project and that was Fruitvale.
I have never seen so far any black with hundreds of millions recognize that their genes came over here on slave ships instead of the mayflower. He put his life on the line to reset the goals. But he did find out a lot of things that whites became aware of that he was hipped to. He also realized Elijah had nothing to do with hate or racism. He was just dealing with the truth. But who black would not want to be like Elijah. He was separating himself from whites and making big money doing it. We have black multi millionaries and black billionaries today and they never did what he did. He had farmland all over America, all kinds of black businesses, houses and apartments that he rented out to low income blacks. I mean white power is not the only people with visions of building their own reality or with building nations. It is one thing to move toward building a nation and another to want to be a part of a someone's else's nation.
I tell you there is no way a grown man can tell another grown man what to do unless he controls him. And we were raised up to submit to liars, murders, etc. as guides for our life.
the problem with Tyler in this case vs the coach in your analogy is
the coach was taking credit and projecting future results similar to his legacy and his past results /success.
The story and casting of Black Panther is the ANTITHESIS of the Tyler Perry canon,
Black Panther being filmed at TP studios was an outlier not the trend(yet)...
I hope Black Panther becomes TP's road to Damascus... and the harbinger of the future quality of entertainment being filmed at TP studios
I hope that I see more black producers and black directors being able to use black studios, black cameramen, black set designers, black wardrobe and so forth and so on.
Even before Tyler Perry had a studio, when he was still homeless and doing plays in little theaters I wondered why with Oprah who had a studio and Quincy and SSpike there was not more being done .
We have the star power.hopefully, BP has shown that black projects are successful and can crossover.

how does an adolescent player learn fundamentals, teamwork, how to play his position, understand how to read and run plays? who was the player's advocate if educational issues came up - in some cases community and financial issues?
See this is where you lose it....You are telling me about a situation that I am intimately involved and aware of.
without getting to specific with this particular situation.
-talent without work is wasted... true but by HS fundamentals and talent was already established....in fact although it is illegal, this HS coach recruited players because they were talented.

-how was the player prepped to be scouted by the colleges? these particular players were prepped by others and not the HS coach
-Who invites and interacts with college scouts? college coaches don't have to get invited . and the scouting in recent times have been done on the summer circuit. colleges know who they are interested in long before they even know what HS the player attends...And the initial contacts are with those coaches, not the HS coach.
in regards to your last sentence, if you don't have those skills already by the time you get to HS you won't be going to a D1 and most likely won't make a HS team anyway.

HS coaches don't give a shit about education as long as the player is eligible..In fact the HS that Derrick Rose went to got slammed because they got caught changing grades to keep players eligible and would change them back after the season.
In Chicago Public League the HS coaches are more concerned with themselves and if players don't have strong advocates will get jammed up because the coaches try to sell the players. In many cases they chase off colleges because they are unwilling to pay.
So while some of your assumptions might make sense damn sure don't work like that

disney shot a lot of the other marvel movies in atlanta, and dont own any studios there.that’s what I’m talking about flame the fuck out of that chump TP
