Women, overall, should do a better job of understanding how working out, having a better diet, etc. can do WONDERS for your complexion, shape, etc.
Plus, it's a natural anti-depressant.
It may just be the hormones in me right now, but when I was running regularly, etc., I felt the absolute BEST about myself - beautiful, healthy, etc. No one had to validate this feeling but I just KNEW these things. Fuck a dude telling me that...
