Never liked her butt shots at all.

Just hit the gym and do lower body workouts three times a week. Cardio helps. Squats and lunges help more. Then put on some weight and bulk up with protein. Get them thighs and calves thicker to balance that body out. Then cut the cardio, wait 6 months or so and get the fat transfer and call it a day.



It takes time to build a body but it can be done and she already had enough to work with. A year or two is all you need to get right. Or at least try.

I applaud her, pray that this is not another Kanye mom situation. If a lot of doctors won’t touch it it must be risky.

Gym, cardio, squats, lunges, 6 MONTHS!!!!, A YEAR OR TWO!!!!!:lol::lol:These women don't wanna mess up their hair so all that gym stuff is out the window and they want that new body right now!!!. Waiting 6 months to a year is definitely out of the question.

Younger women don't want to wait - my girlfriends, who are in our 30s + be in the gym working it out right... but, we're also not on the gram (well, some of us lol) obsessing over what other people think of our looks, etc. I'll just be happy once this pregnancy is over to get back hard core on my working out - I miss it sooooo much!

That's a damn shame. Chicks need to be thinking in the long term and what will last for the next ten years. I know it sounds silly but its true. I work with a 55 year old white broad with a thick ass legs, a round ass and an arch to kill for. Turns out she used to work in a gym and ran track in school. I'm sure her skin is wrinkled as fuck under them tight skirts but her hour glass shape aint no joke.
