Pardons don’t work that way breh...
they do for those convicted of federal crimes.
shoulda brought up some state crimes on these mufuckas.
He actually has an advantage being first since he'll have the option of making a deal in exchange for his testimony against others.
Again it don’t work that way with Pardons.. you can pardon yourself or others in the mist of an investigation.. that’s obstruction
Pardons are for those who served their sentences and it’s an admission of guilt..
Ok I just finished this monster of an indictment. Here’s my hot take.
1. This son of bitch is huge. Most indictments are never this big. Any trial is going to be at least 2 years out.
2. There is nothing in here that links him to the Trump campaign.... but
3. There are some very interesting nuggets... Cyprus comes up a lot and I mean a lot. Those who have been following this thing since last year know that the Bank of Cyprus has a direct connection to Trump. Fellas this is not even the beginning of this. If you remember that Two of Trumps companies were registered in Cyprus.
Also the indictment goes into a lot about two law firms that it dubs Company A and Company B... but it never mentions the firms. One of those firms would be Skansen, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Florm. The other firm has to be Mercury Public Affairs. That firm also has a direct connection to Mike Flynn.
4. Based on my analysis of this.. if/when they hit trump.. it’s going to a Al Capone move.. meaning they are going to his finances. They are likely using this indictment to try and work out a deal with Manafort or Gates....
I also wouldn’t be shocked if Flynn is the next one hit.
But this is still going to be long way from reaching a conclusion.

Yep. Also note that they handed down an indictment for his business partner. Essentially to leverage one against the other an hasten one or the other to start snitching heavy.
Don't sleep..... That "Conspiracy Against the United States" charge could be a DOOZY.
Because it could be a charge for participating in a "Conspiracy".... for "Crimes Related to inducement of Foreign Aggression"... like paying or receiving money for ANYTHING related to Wikileaks, or any negative information that any Russian may have provided that was used against HRC during the campaign.
Because the IC has said (for months) that the information was 'weaponized' against America.
Translation = If an American Citizen 'laundered the money' that was used to PAY for the bombs that were dropped on Pearl Harbor... that is equivalent to HIGH TREASON.

Yeap classic fed shit. One of them is going to talk. This indictment came so soon because the tax fraud is the stronger case and the statute is about to run on it.
Side note... looking at this indictment really shows you the importance of Trumps tax returns and the likely reason why he refused to show them. I think that when the manafort thing kicked in gear and he let him go... trump knew this was likely coming.

Yeah I’m not getting too excited but Trumps finances are about to come into play huge. Something tells me that if they do indict Trump.. that it won’t be on Russia and the election but trump running a similar scheme as manafort with holding funds in Cyprus and laundering through real estate holdings. It again goes back to that sale of that house in Florida.
Trump was facing a financial crisis before that sale happened.
