Rudy Giuliani is a lying, crooked old man. He won't change. He keeps lying about the women he smeared and endangered and he's lying about being not being afraid. He scared to his hollow, dark soul. Yes, it's "the civil version of the death penalty." He'll die penniless.

Rudy Giuliani Hit With Another Defamation Complaint

Giuliani continues to make defamatory statements despite already being found liable

Former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani was hit with another defamation complaint from Georgia poll workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss just days after a D.C. jury found that Giuliani owed Freeman and Moss over $148 million in damages for making defamatory statements about their actions during the 2020 election in Georgia.
The new complaint asks the court to issue injunctive relief permanently barring Giuliani from making defamatory statements against Moss and Freeman. In the complaint, Freeman and Moss allege that Giuliani continues to make defamatory statements about them, even making them during and after the recent damages trial.

The new complaint notes that prior to the recent trial, Moss and Freeman asked Giuliani to enter into an agreement whereby he would stop making such statements, but that Giuliani refused. As a result, they've now filed this latest lawsuit to bar Giuliani from making any further statements about their involvement in the 2020 election and seek as damages the costs associated with prosecuting the action.

They do not seek any specific damages outside of the injunction, as the latest $148 million verdict will likely wipe out Giuliani financially, but Freeman and Moss do seek an award for the costs of this legal action, including attorney's fees and "such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper."

Rudy Giuliani hospitalized after his "vehicle was struck from behind at high speed"

Rudy Giuliani was hospitalized with multiple broken bones after his vehicle was "struck from behind at high speed" in New Hampshire, his spokesperson said Sunday.

According to his spokesperson, Michael Ragusa, Giuliani was diagnosed with "fractured thoracic vertebrae, multiple lacerations and contusions, as well as injuries to his left arm and lower leg."

The crash occurred Saturday night.

Ragusa said that before the crash, Giuliani was flagged down by a woman who was a victim of domestic violence. He "rendered assistance," contacted 911, and "remained on scene with her until responding officers arrived to ensure her safety." It's unclear how that incident is related to the car crash that injured the former mayor.

Giuliani rose to fame in the 1980s and '90s in New York City as a prosecutor before being elected mayor. After two terms as mayor, he dabbled in national politics, even running for president in 2008. Later, he became a close adviser to President Trump in his first term and became a key spreader of conspiracy theories targeting the ballot counters after Mr. Trump lost the 2020 election.

Giuliani was disbarred in New York and Washington, D.C. and he declared bankruptcy after being found liable for $146 million for spreading falsehoods about Georgia election workers.
