NBA 2K18

Been playing 2K since Dreamcast and this is the first time I've considered buying Live.

I hate this VC cash grab, they neutered MyCareer. I may be part of the minority but I enjoyed the stories in 16+17, this one is terrible.

And the game play feels "loose". I hate this shit.
 
This shit where these assholes just stand in the lane and keep pressing x is gay ss fuck. Shit should be a foul everytime!
 
I opt out from buying 2k this year and it sounds like I've made the right choice. I usually buy sports games every othe year so hopefully 2k19 will be better.

Regular game online
When u drive they take one guy and mive around the too of the key to the paint in the and hit the steal button continuously(you can see the guys just wacking his hands) and it forces u to lose the ball.

I'm buying it today and starting with that. I've been a Franchise mode guy since Madden nearly 20 years ago.
 
Yea they damn near make you have to buy vc. I'll spend a couple bucks on some. Since i split the cost of games i don't trip too hard when it's extra shit they get me 4

Im looking at NHL 2018 as my back up for nba2k when im frustrated.

Every scene with the goddamn janitor, the lil Asian bitch, or the nigga that calls you "rookie" - makes me want to shoot my TV.

On one game, my team lost, but I had good numbers. The fuck nigga runs up on my guy like "fuck yo numbers, we lost!"

A few games later, my team lost another one, I had good numbers. The same fuck nigga runs up like "fuck the W, get those numbers, dog!"

Breh i know someone on here has 2k connects. If this was Madden yall would have typed a detailed angry manifesto about how this game although u love it but its bull.
 
One gripe, why doesn't nba 2k embrace the wwe 2k creation type where you can find a picture of someone online, do a lil cutting and create that person in game? Same company different teams I'm sure, but its a brilliant workaround for not being able to sign all legends.

They allow you to upload photos just not placing them onto a player. Good idea though.
 
Definitely this year has the WORST (MyCareer) Storyline that 2K has ever made. :smh: And it's not even close. :smh:

That Asian Sidekick Chic is sooo fucking annoying.... and completely unnecessary. :smh:

And 2K is charging VC to do everything.

You gotta pay VC to change your hairstyle. :hmm:
And you can't even see a 'preview' before you spend the money. :hmm:

And not being able to "Skip" past cutscenes is highly annoying. :hmm:

Yo, my guy is like an 80 and still can't make a reliable lay up. That shit that happened to the streamer, happens to me 90% of the time. 2K needs to fix that shit. But that 3 on the other end just adds insult to injury.

Tell me about it, and I usually play in the evening when my wife and kid are at home. So there's a calm in the air all around the house; everywhere except wherever Im playing this game. Thats when the fuckshit like this happens, and I'm biting my tongue, spazzing out quietly. Simply because I'm not trying to get the it's "only a game" or "if it bothers you so much; why do you play it?" face from them. Which will cause me to slow turn and stare at them "motherfuckerly"...

Last year, veteran 2k gamers were missing wide open midrange jumpers on Day 1.

This year, veteran 2k gamers are missing wide open, point-blank layups all day long.

It's been less than a week,but I've lost count of the number of 'uncontested layups' I have missed.... while the CPU is hitting deep 3-pters with a hand in their face. :smh:
