BY ALEX OSBORN Microsoft's upcoming console appears to be off to a strong start, as Xbox One X has set a new preorder record for the company.
According to a post on Xbox Wire, more Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition consoles were preordered in the first five days than any Xbox before. Microsoft said it saw record-breaking sell-out times for the console, which is currently sold out in many countries.
"The speed at which we sold through our initial preorder supply surpassed expectations, and what we experienced with preorders for the original Xbox One console," GameStop senior VP of merchandising Bob Puzon said.
Microsoft plans to share details about the next wave of standard edition Xbox One X preorders next month. If you're still looking to reserve the $499 console ahead of its November 7 launch, head over to IGN's Xbox One X preorder guide.

^^^ Ok so im not well versed on PC gaming, but the X is shittin on em like that?!? Maybe they had an old graphics card?
they turned off the hair effects on the PC version. but even the 1080ti struggles in some parts of the game to hit a consistent 60fps. but you can get over 30 so...

I would like to know the PC setup, I run a i7 6850K CPU with two 1080 TI's in SLI, I can hit over 150 FPS in the 3DMark TimeSpy benchmark.
I am also a console gamer, got the Project Scorpio pre-ordered, the ability to play 4K UHD DVD's sealed the deal.

i have 2 pre orders and i'm thinking about putting one on ebay because there going fro $850 -$1500 and that's for pre orders
The Xbox x version has updated assets that aren't available on the pc yet. If the developers update the pc version it will look better
Your rig is technically able to hit 4k 60fps but whats usually holding it back is optimization of the PC ports. it can usually take a while for a developer to get the pc running as good as it could/should. but all things being equal, amd cards handle directx 12 games better than nvidia cards. but since most developers shit on amd they usually cater their games to run "better" on nvidia's cards.
Looks cool keep it unique i just don't need it getting mad cartoony offline when im in single player mode. Its gonna be problems if ur playing online the cheating will be off the chain.
I gotta tip my hat to u breh. The fact u play fps where u gotta stay on a certain trek and u can't even free roam like Grand Theft. That's what killed my vibe with battle field.
