Side note who ever predicted...that one of the Dragons would be turned into a white walker. Get's a fucking prize. Now that the Night's King has a Dragon... this mutherfucker is likely going to fly over the wall. If I see that Bitch on the back of a dead Dragon, I'm going to lose my shit.
Fam...Fam...You might as well gon to the TV-Show forum, download the epi, watch it and come back. Today is WEDNESDAY! You really think cats are going to be spoiler free until Sunday 9pm?
Come on man!
Honestly, I think they read the leaked info from Reddit last year as it was in there.
Exactly. It wasn't a fucking prediction. It was a fucking spoiler.
That wasn't a prediction he read the script. No way in hell he could predict that. It had no precedent in the books /wiki and the show wasn't going anywhere NEAR THAT.
Umm, Ramsay fought like the coward he truly was... True Jon would have lost without Sansa's help but other than that, I thought he went into battle like a real King would have. Well at least, how I think a real king would have back in medieval times, butNo spoilers I will just talk about the Battle of the Bastards.
Sansa was the real hero. Jon Snow charged into Battle first without warning and caused Rickon to die.
Sansa is the true hero of Battle of the Bastards. Jon was losing.
It wasn't "Kingly" of him to charge into Battle. Notice that Ramsay stood back and watched. He acted like a real Lord.
Kings dont charge into Battle.
Sansa could not have told Jon about the Knights of the Vale because he would ruin it!
I also think it is lame that in the show the call it "The Battle of the Bastards".
Battles are named after their location. It should have been called "The Battle for Winterfell" or something like that.
Notice- NOBODY afraid to climb on the Dragons back, when zombies are close
spoiler tags dude cmon
Or how bout have some fucking courtesy for those who can't/won't watch until Sunday and use the fucking spoiler tag.
Agreed. He needs to stop blurting stuff out... as if everyone is on the same page.
Even tho the episode has dropped, some folks still prefer to watch it when it normally airs.
Please use spoiler tags, bruh.TIA
The Vale was successful because they severely OUTNUMBERED the Bolton Army. The reason the Vale were so successful was one word. "Surprise".
It was a surprise sneak attack on an army that was already tired.
What is wrong with ya'll?
Sansa didn't tell Jon for many reason and one was strategy.
Just like now. Sansa is plotting against Littlefinger and y'all don't even see it.
Sansa is a Doctor Doom level strategist.
Sure, if you want to get 'technical' about it. That's True.breianne kille stannis
No they are all gone.
They did not show her killing him. For all we know she could have taken pity on him and walked awayWhat? Rewatch the show. She killed him. They didn't show the blood to save on special effects. Smh
This got me thinking. By Season 2, we already knew Stannis' wife Selyse couldn't bear any more kids. So even if she didn't commit suicide, the only way Stannis (and therefore the Baratheon) line could continue was for Shireen to survive long enough to get married and have kids of her own (or would she just become a member of the house she married into?). Either way that makes Stannis decision to sacrifice his daughter even more drastic. He basically killed off his whole family line for a shot at defeating ONE army in the North.
My guess if the good guys win they will legitimize Gendry. Probably another reason why they had the scene where Gendry told Jon who he was. So Gendy has some pretty decent plot armor now. He's going to be involved in forging and dragon glass weapons and, potentially, is needed to resurrect the noble house of Baratheon.
Can't reason with Wildlings, best to hit that report button, that savage is going kamikaze and recklessly disrespecting this thread.
We haven't seen reek or his sister in a minute
What happened to his plan of asking dany for help to get her back
sansa did a bitch move that almost cost her brother his life and cost the lives many. when breianne asked sansa why she didn't tell jon about the knights of the veil, sansa knew what was doing. the fact of matter is theyUmm, Ramsay fought like the coward he truly was... True Jon would have lost without Sansa's help but other than that, I thought he went into battle like a real King would have. Well at least, how I think a real king would have back in medieval times, but![]()
Sure, if you want to get 'technical' about it. That's True.
But the Boltons get the credit for crushing the last remnants of the Baratheon forces.
Because Stannis was already 'bleeding to death' from his leg woundbefore Brienne showed up.
He was gonna die anyways...... whether she was there, or not.
Brienne just 'put him out the misery'... of dying a slow(er) death.
I read the spoilers earlier this year but I wish I didn't...most of the spoilers I read centered around this episode...completely deflated it for me
^^ Exactly.Agreed.
Sansa could have SAVED alot of Northmen & Wildling lives, if she had just told the truth.
Because they would have WON alot sooner.
Sshhhheeeiiiittt.... she might've even saved Rickon's life as well.
Because since Ramsey KNEW (ahead of time) that his Army severely outnumbered Jon's Army.... he used Rickon as 'target practice' in order to 'provoke' Jon & his men into 'charging forward'.... to lure them away from their fortified position & slaughter them, wholesale. With a barrage of arrows.
I bet if Ramsey had seen ALL THOSE MOUNTED KNIGHTS on horseback... before the battle started... he prolly would've changed his whole gameplan.
Because even if the Boltons tried to mow them down with arrows, it would not have worked out like they anticipated... because the Knights of the Vale would have charged right past the range of all the archers. And took out their cavalry.
Immediately.
The Vale had at least 3x times as many War Horses as the Boltons had. (If not much more)
So the Bolton archers would not have had the benefit of using an 'organized launch' (from a standstill) if they were caught right in the middle of a massive BUMRUSH of Armored Knights, all on horseback, scrambling through their frontlines & all their battlefield formations... while Jon & the Wildlings are slugging it out with the rest of Ramsey's infantry, on foot.
Ramsey would have been out there... scrambling around like a quarterback trying to avoid a sack... while yelling 'audibles' n shit... or running his ass straight back to Winterfell.

If Ramsey knew about the Vale, then the Battle wouldn't have taken place in the open like that. He would have stayed at Winterfell where there would have been an extended siege or he would have retreated to the Dreadfort where there would have been a siege there. Maybe he would have tried to trade Rickon's life or tried to go to The Wall for his life.
Agreed. He needs to stop blurting stuff out... as if everyone is on the same page.

What is with Jon all of a sudden wanting to bend the knee to Dany? He said himself that the North will NOT accept a foreign ruler but what she saves his life and all of a sudden she is fit to rule the north? I was not impressed with that at all. Things will not go well for him in the North when he finally returns with Dany in tow talking about bending the knee especially from the main families like Leanna Mormont....it also won't help when Bran reveals his parentage because being a Targaryen will make Jon less of a northerner I think in their eyes. Although he is half Stark.
Also if I recall correctly it's not that Dany is not able to have children the witch that caused Drogo to die said this
[""When the sun rises in the west and sets in the east," said Mirri Maz Duur. "When the seas go dry and mountains blow in the wind like leaves. When your womb quickens again, and you bear a living child. Then he will return, and not before."] So I think when she and Jon inevitably hook up she will most likely get pregnant.
anybody else realize that this episode killed one of the biggest theories in the series? The 3 headed dragon? .....Also once again anybody want to guess how the hell Jon survived? It makes no sense.
Also does anybody else think that we are gonna have to wait till next season for Jon to find out who he is?
Thanks but don't just edit spoilers.

For @LSN only:
I've only come across 720 streams so far but the "spoiled king" in me wants the 1080. Have you come across any 1080 streaming (not interested in DL or torrent) links?
nah sorry...only torrents/dl's
Where the hell did they get all that chain?
I got a bigger question for you... Who tha fuck jumped in the water and secured the chain to pull it out?!?
The chains most likely were attached to the anchors of any large merchant ships that may have sunk in the Shivering Sea (off the northern coast of Eastwatch) over the centuries.
Surely merchants and sell-swords have crossed the Shivering Sea from Braavos to the Wall (at Eastwatch) in the past, over those hundreds of years.
The Night King probably sent hundreds of dead soldiers to walk into the water and pull them out & drag them across the frozen tundra. Same way they dragged the dragon out of the lake.
The Army is already dead. So they don't need to breathe underwater.
And they cannot swim, so they just walk slower than usual, on dry land.
All those undead soldiers who fell in the water are most likely still there.
Probably walking around on the bottom floor of the lake.
Looking for a way out.
Just my theory.

Is the dragon going to breathe ice now?
Arya willl end up wearing Sansa face to fool litter finger and kill him.
She didn't tell him because he wasn't listening to a word she said. He thought he knew everything. In other words, he couldn't be trusted because Stark men are idiots. It has been shown in the books and show time and time again. They don't listen to their women. Catlin betrayed Robb because Robb wouldn't listen. She was always telling Rob and Ned what to do and how to lead. Go rewatch the shows.
Back to Sansa. She is learning how to be a Queen. She is the rightful Queen of the North.
The reason the Vale were so successful was one word. "Surprise".

Gendry is still consider a Baratheon even though,he's a bastard. On top of that,we never got introduced to any cousins, uncles and etc,so there's still hope for that the Baratheons and Martells.
The only family that was confirmed to be wiped out on the male side were the Freys
The only "Baratheon" left would be Gendry and he's technically a bastard hence the last name Waters. He could still get the Baratheon name though if one of the queens or kings give him the title. He was the only one of Robert's bastards that Cersei wasn't able to kill. Renly was gay so no kids there and we know what Stannis did to his daughter.
The Martells are gone as well. Cersei covered her bases. Less competition.
She saying I don't what do on the battlefield yet could of told Jon right there about her secret plan with the Vale, instead she bitch and moan like a 5 year old...She had many chances to say something yet decided to be quiet.
On top of that, they really didn't have time, because the White Walkers was on the way,so Jon had no choice but to make haste getting rid of Ramsay first, before the real threat comes.
Yeah,it was very strategic to get the few people that was on your side at the time killed, because you want to get all the credit....
There is a reason, why Arya called her out on her bullshit last week.
Why? Arya knows Sansa is power hungry and it wouldn't be out of her character to backstab Jon.Nothing will come from it though because Arya would never hurt her sister. The Stark sisters need to stop fighting each other
