i've already watched it.. but Kats typically come in this thread during the week to talk about all the shit from the previous episode. This thread normally gains 5 to 7 pages during the week just from that.

I'm just trying to look out for those dudes.

At least people can put discussions about the episode in Spoiler quotes.

Agreed! But at this point, you can't expect to come in here and not have some sort of Spoiler dropped! Blame it on the show. It's enjoyable and cats are like 7-year-olds and can't wait to tell someone.

Personally, I don't mind because I have shit to do and getting the episodes in early frees me for other things and also, honestly, how much of episode 7 was a big surprise? Literally, nothing that happened if you've been following the show and especially this thread was a huge suprise.

I can't find a streaming version of Episode 7. I thought about doing a Torrent, but HBO isn't coming after my ass.

While originally Benioff and Weiss stated they intended 7 episodes for Season 7 and 6 for Season 8, apparently there was some internal pushback that they should make more than six episodes (whether for story reasons or purely business/budget reasons is unclear).[3] At their SXSW panel on March 12, 2017, Benioff and Weiss announced that Season 8 will consist of the originally planned six episodes. No new writers will be introduced: Dave Hill will write the first episode, Bryan Cogman the second episode, then Benioff and Weiss will divide up the remaining four. George R.R. Martin will not be returning to script another episode. The final season could contain multiple episodes of up to two hours long in length and could be the longest season to date, even though the season only contains 6 episodes.

I saw this before I watched the episode. At the beginning the eyes on the sword were black. So I guess them going white indicates he died, when he came back alive they were black again. Interesting.
 
Is Thoros the only one that died in the battle and how the hell did Jon escape?

Maybe Jon really is Azor Ahai. Maybe he can't be killed. Because he was weighed down in the water by those walkers. No way he survived by fighting them underwater without some type of magic

He has already died once. The Lord of the Light brought him back with the witch. I was wondering if he would/could die again. Since the eyes on the sword changed I think he died and came back. So now I'm wondering if the Lord of the Light did it or if his fate is somehow tied to the sword.

I think he is the only main character that died. Like star trek, you always have a few extra unknown helmsmen that can be used as fodder. His uncle Benjen saved him. Benjen has been undead for a while, too. He was "killed' by a white walker but the children of the forest saved him. He can't pass the wall though.
