Game Of Thrones: The Sopranos with swords or Dynasty in chainmail?

- Therefore, I think she ALREADY slept with Euron ... and Jamie is just playing catch-up. :smh:
I wouldn't be surprised. Put nothing past Cersei. Then i can really see Jamie choking the shit out of her. If the baby is real its Euron or she dies from it. I can also see her lying cuz Jamie changed and stop fighting (like a Lannister) once all their kids died. They have always been taught to preserve their legacy. No kids no legacy no reason to fight.

Man the night king can break that shit with a glance.
Don't think its him he just has bran so shook from the last time. He can sense Bran he flexed on him like "What" and Bran bounced and wanted no parts of him.

It didn't eat him because he's a Targeryan. They've actually all but stated it. Note how he says to Jamie "father didn't hate me for what I did, he hated me for what I am" he's a Targeryan bastard.

Speculation that he is a targaryin.

Fans want that to be true.

Cersi and his dad hates him cause his birth killed their mother
The mad king was known to be quite rapey. Who's to say he did catch Lady Lannister alone and force himself on her and she never told Tywinn to keep the peace:dunno::dunno:.

1. It's called Foreshadowing. They will come back to this highly important piece of info again at some point. Stay tuned.

I have no doubt it will come back up. I just felt the reveal was handled clumsily. Also foreshadowing is when you give hints about something that is going to happen before it happens. Like how everyone correctly anticipated that Jon dying would get him out of his Oath with the Nights Watch. The writing suggested that it was possible to get out without making it clear how it could or would happen.

If Gilly had said something like, "Septon XYZ wrote that the faith had agreed to consider annulments to be allowed for the good of the realm", that might be considered foreshadowing. But what she read straight up told us what happened. The way it was revealed and the fact that Sam didn't consciously hear it requires that we have to repeat this same scene again with Sam paying attention this time.

2. Cersei did not just 'let it slide'. :smh: Since she cannot punish Jamie for betrayal... She will punish Bronn, instead. In the Fighting Pits.

Well that means the return of "Clever Cersei" instead of "Ruthless Cersei" which means she's probably going to end up in some fucked up situation again soon. I loook forward to it

1. Who would notice it? Why would Sam notice those names they don't mean anything to him. Nothing.
You don't think Sam who is practically a walking encyclopedia of everything he's ever read wouldn't know the name of the former Crown Prince of the land who like reading, poetry and is only like one generation older than him. C'mon man.

2. No she let them meet because she heard Jamie and she knows she can't win with force so she's buying time. That was clear.

Agreed, I have changed my mind on this one. But still Cersei is a lot less effective when she tries to be clever. You would think she learned that about herself by now

3. Davos. He was waiting for the man who saved his life to tell him it was time to go. He said clearly you were right the best place to hide is right under the queen's nose. He didn't want to be there and he would only leave if the guy responsible for saving him said it was time to.

Like I said, initially, it just feels like weak and rushed writing. I could think of several better ways to re-introduce Gendry back to the story.

I think it's just a classic male female relationship interaction.

Sam working on the bullshit his boss/teacher piled on him and gilly over there spouting useless bullshit about love and hip-hop.

Than amidst the random shit she talking about steps and windows she says something meaningful, but the male mind/psyche is like will you shut the fuck up

I get why Sam was distracted and not paying attention to Gilly. I was just responding to Largebills assertion that Sam wouldn't know the name of Prince Rhaegar

The dream team lol
Magnificent 7

Something I just thought about: obviously Sam is becoming one of the most important pieces in the fight against the WW and what not, and there was certainly no love lost between him and his pops.....but do we see any scenario where the fact that Dany cooked his dad and bro that comes back to bite her in the ass? Did him and his bro get along or had they all completely disowned him?

I guess he's the head of his house now tho, already has his pops sword

Grey worm actor's music persona

Similar to how Donald glover goes by childish Gambino
Get the fuck out. That's the same dude? I thought they look similar but I didn't know they were the same dude. I went to IMDb and I saw Grey Worm as Jacob Anderson and thought nothing of a connection between him and Raleigh Ritchie. Props to him taking advantage of his popularity and the show's popularity

Sam didn't like them anyway so fuck em.

The thing is, clever Cersei isn't as clever as she thinks she is. Her father blatantly told her that and we've all seen evidence of that. She is a much better off as a vengeful bitch then she is as a clever strategist.

Some serious sexism in this thread. I've seen so many mentions of how Cersei isn't as smart as she thinks. She out smarted all of Tyrions plans and gets no props. No matter what she does cats keep underestimating her and calling her names. If she was a guy I bet she would receive a lot of love.

Youza bitch

Cersai was gaming Jamie. Either she isn't pregnant or like others said, it's Euron's. Either way, that was the spark to keep Jaime by her side. I bet she's already plotted on how to kill Jaime if she wanted to.

Also, somewhere/someone has clarified that in the back story, how The Mad King raped women. The theory is Tyrion is his son bc the Mad King raped his mother.

Will Uncle Benjin save the day?

I actually think Uncle Benjin (I definitely can be wrong) will come with them to Westeros to be the one to convince them that the White Walkers and the Night King are real.

Think about it. They made Benjin a hybrid of Cold Hands and himself (so he is part White Walker since the Children of the Forest put the Dragon glass in his chest to save him, partially). He was a part of the Night's Watch and the territory beyond the Wall the best since he has been out there for years now.

I think he will join Jon, Gendry, Jorah, and the Brotherhood to help save them from the White Walkers and then he goes back to Westeros with them.

Just a far fetched opinion...

Actually, that was Jamie that out smarted all of Tyrion's plans. He even said so in the tunnel where they met this episode. Also it was her own father that said she wasn't as smart as she thought she was, which many people are referring too.

Almost everything she did in earlier seasons back fired on her, and pretty much all of her successes came from Qyburn assisting her from S5 on.

i wonder if bringing a white south of the wall will impact the wall's ability to keep them out

The Wall is sealed or protected by the magic of the Children of the Forest. I think they put wards on it so that it would keep the Whites out as long as the belief in the Wall by the Night's Watch was strong. You can't betray that belief.

Well that shit been betrayed: They twice attempted to kill the Commander of the Night's Watch and their numbers are dwindling down.

Also, Bran was able to pass through the Wall after the Night's King touched him. So I believe that it will allow a White Walker to pass through the Wall.

However, if Benjin goes then it will make their trip back and through the Wall a lot easier. It seems in episode 6 trailer that they are running for their damn lives, so...

Cersei's strength is her willingness to do the most unthinkable crimes to protect herself and her power. She got away with killing her husband and blowing up the high septon simply because no one anticipated she would go to such lengths to protect herself.

Like Olena said, Cersei does the unthinkable like most people do the laundry. Her other strength is employing equally cruel, but also very damn capable people to do her dirty work. (Qyburn, Mountain, Euron, and even Jamie to a certain extent)

So I don't think she is really all that smart or clever, but people really do underestimate her desire to stay alive and in power.
